“The working staff at this hotel was great, but the hotel managements very bad. I had a room on the concierge's level. I was awaken every morning at 5 am to loud noise coming from the service entrance. I reported the events to management, but they seemed not to care about fixing the situation. They did give a $50 rebate for a room. Wow! I will never stay at this hotel again. Beware of what is supposed to be the best of the best floors in this hotel. Thank God for the friendly working staff.”

“I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Most of the staff was really rude & unhelpful. The room was not as clean as it should have been & when I first entered the room it was really hot & stuffy. The pool was nice but a light had popped out & was floating on top of the pool & hotel staff was in & out of the pool area & no one stopped to put the light back in the socket & there were kids in the pool at the time.”

“This hotel was very nice and most of the people were the same, however we did find out that they weren't completely honest when it came to parking. We had two vehicles, because we
were from different direction. The price to park at the hotel was 12.00 a day plus taxes for each vehicle.
I would have never stayed had I known this. The room was also cleaned late in the evening. I was also not awarded my rewards points, because they say I booked on line and weren't entitled to any. The Hotel was on a Trolley Line which made travel easy.”

“This hotel was a disappointment for the price. The staff was not particularly helpful (did not explain internet options, failed to address excessive noise, overcharged for internet service, etc.). It was very noisy during the night because it is easy to hear what is going on in the hallways and next door. Also, mosquitoes were a serious problem in the room (12th floor!). However, they have an excellent fitness facility and the food and staff in the restaurant were good.”

“I loved the beds, the room was great. I would stay again. I did not like having to pay to park but it was not an unreasonable price. The trolley stops at the hotel it is convenient and cheaper than a cab.”

“It's a great place to stay if you don't mine the old style television. There is no free breakfast. Breakfast was around $13 for eggs and bacon.”

“Hotel was very nice although the extras were expensive. The $13 charge for parking, $12 to use the wireless internet connection, hotel bar charge for 2 drinks was $19.”

“The staff was GREAT. However, to pay for parking when you have already paid for the room is ridiculous.”

“I was very pleased with the quality of the room and dining facilities. The staff was very helpful. Although the trolleys did not run early enough to be of use to business travellers going further downtown, it was close enough to walk.”

“This hotel was very clean and beautiful, located on the trolly line which provided easy access to almost all the tourist attractions. The room was exceptionally clean, decorated beautifully, nice view, and the bed was fantactic. We did not like the price of parking.”
