• Too many kids roaming around unattended and very loud.

“The hotel had terrible traffic around it, the lobby was ok there was trash under the bed, no trash can broken cabinet and they even tried to charge me a second time.”

• The location.
• Very noisy neighbors.

“My family and I will never stay at this hotel again. The people in the next room talked very loud all night long. We did not sleep at all. We called the front desk twice, after the second call someone finally came to talk to the people. I think that made matters worse. These people had absolutely no respect for their neighbors. Needless to say, we will never stay here again.”

• It had a kitchenette.
• You had to cross the river to get to New Orleans.

“The hotel was nice, but since it was located on the opposite side of the Mississippi, you had to take a taxi to New Orleans, which was rather expensive.”

• Staff was friendly and helpful.
• Room was not very clean. No hot water.

“Room was okay for the price. I stayed two nights and there was no hotel maid service. The towels where not very clean and there was an odor to the room.”
