• I liked the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the very nice white bed linens.
• Valet parking is quite pricey, but as a woman traveling alone I didn't dare park on the street.

“I was pleasantly surprised and found the hotel to be a good value proposition. It is located only a few blocks from the interstate allowing easy access to other areas of the city by car. The continental breakfast was indeed quite good with a wide variety of offerings. The coffee was excellent! The housekeeping was very good; the staff was professional and the other guests friendly. I did not experience any problems in my room or with any services. I was given a room near the elevator and that was a bit disconcerting, but overall the stay was of the caliber expected from a hotel in this range. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. A very white bed comforter is definitely a sign of a clean hotel.”

• Parked my truck safely in nice clean parking lot next to the hotel for a reasonable rate.
• No complaints at all, nothing I didn't like.

“Good location, away from congestion, reasonable rates, good self parking for my truck, good self serve continental breakfast available at convent times, friendly sharp staff, good swift elevator, clean room, good view, next to business partner, used good business center for computer work, nice lobby, good cab service,.”

• The excellent free coffee 24/7 in the lobby; lots of thoughtful touches.
• Valet parking - often took quite long to get car - but started calling down 20 minutes before needing to leave - worked fine then.

“Great hotel - very nice staff - beautiful building - very comfy bed with beautiful linens - one of the best hotels I¿ve stayed at.”

• Very thoughtful hotel. Good coffee 24/7, desk staff helpful and polite.
• The valet parking was under-staffed which left me waiting 30-60min for my car.

“However, the desk staff deleted the /day parking fee for the days I had problems. So even there they shined. The building is gorgeous, even sanitary products nicely displayed and free in the ladies restroom - just lots of little, thoughtful touches, very friendly and responsive staff, great pillows, great coffee. Wish I could have stayed longer.”

• Rooms and lobby are beautiful. Clean. Lots of on-street parking avail.
• Parking and distance from French Quarter.

“A beautiful hotel set in a remodeled warehouse. Nice and new furnishings. Clean. Only drawback is that the French Quarter is quite a hike from the hotel. Will require transportation for most people.”
