“I chose this chain because I've stayed at its' other hotels in other cities & have had good comfortable rooms, no complaints on any of them. This hotel did not disappoint me. It was very quiet & clean.”

“The hotel was in a convenient location with a very friendly staff. The room was nice and clean but we had trouble with the lights working. The phone did not work in the room and the channel guide and on demand did not work on the television.

“This hotel is in a great location, only a few blocks from Bourbon Street and right by Gordon Biersch in Harrah's. The Riverwalk is across the street. We had a great time, and it was nice being able to go to a hotel that was actually quiet at night.”

“We had a great stay at Wyndham Riverfront. Room service stopping at 10:00pm was a little strange for New Orleans. Wireless internet and a more modern TV would be nice as well.”

“Very nice staff, very clean rooms, the bartender was awesome, beds very comfy. Wish the restaurant had a couple of vegan items and wish room service wasn't so pricey. Overall, had a great stay.”

“Good Hotel. The room service salad was a little less than expected and the water glasses and napkins were not removed from the room the next day. The napkin was actually still on the ground when I returned back to the room.”

“This hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was convenient for all the tourist parts of N'Orleans though for some it might be a long walk to the French Quarter. We would definitely stay there again.”

“My husband and I had a room with two double beds. These usually only accommodate one person. We had to sleep in separate beds the entire trip and the front desk staff made no effort whatsoever to change our rooms or accommodate us otherwise. I feel like I was treated as a second class citizen. They bugged us the entire trip about our incidental fees and in front of other guests at the front desk, made it seem that we were trying to run out on our bill. We arrived late and the employee who checked us in acted as if it were a chore. We asked where we could find a restaurant open that late and he just shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. I don't believe my husband and I were the only guests who had issues with the front desk. Every time we came through the lobby on our way out for the day, there was always a guest at the front desk either complaining about lack of service or having issues with their room. I will not stay at this hotel again. This was the worst experience I have had in a hotel in sometime and I travel quite a bit. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone else, despite its location.”

“The customer service is great; however, the room did not include the amenities that a 4-star hotel should have. The bathroom did not have any towel racks (we were told to hang our towels to save water so we hung them on the shower rod, but the maid still took them away). No table to eat on in the room. Feather pillows on the beds (one of us is allergic). Only one customer service complaint. We had our car valet parked. Three times we called down to schedule the car to be read at a certain time and the car was not there when we came down. The valet told us that he had not received notice.”

“I do not feel that this hotel deserves a 4-star. Although it looks pretty on the surface, the underlying issues do not speak of 4 star quality. Things are going to happen even at the best of hotels. What makes the difference between a 4 star hotel and others is how those issues are handled. This hotel has not mastered that level of customer service. The first room I was given had only tepid water for showering and the bed was worn out and very uncomfortable. There was not adequate outlets for all of our modern-day gadgets. I was given another room, which was much nicer, had working hot water and a much more comfortable bed, but the bathtub did not drain properly, so by the end of the shower, you were standing in ankle deep dirty water. The balance of my stay was pleasant. I did find it very odd that a supposed 4-star hotel charges for internet access when most all motel-level accommodations provide that service for free. Additionally, please be aware that there is a very high parking fee associated with this property ($28), and you will need a car, as it is not particularly convenient to anything other than the convention center and the casinos.”

“Okay hotel - not worth 4 stars. Art deco lighting in halls not enough light. Hallways rambling hard to find room. Elevator slow. Nice shower - plenty of hot water and nice water pressure. Name says riverfront yet no river in sight.”
