• Free breakfast.
• On check- in we were not informed on parking fee - just given permit - then on check out found out about $20 fee per day!

“Hotel was nice and friendly - not to informative about the hotel and area though clean. It wasn't a far walk to the riverfront - but a good distance to the French quarter. We had a car - but kept it parked - on check out was surprised with a $20.00 per day fee for parking, we should have been told about that. And when I questioned it I was told - there is no free parking in new Orleans! I'm sorry but I didn't know that - and yes we could have looked on the street or have done cheaper public parking and would have!”

• Rooms are nice, roomy and big.
• Black out curtains do not come in all the way.

“Nice hotel. Loved the big room and ideal location in New Orleans. Though, a little far to walk when you are tired, not bad at all when you are not.”

• Staff was professional and very friendly. Suites were very clean.

“While visiting New Orleans for the Essence Music Festival (July 4th Weekend)I stayed at The Spring Hill Suites on St.Joseph's for 4 days. EVERYTHING was perfect!!!! The ENTIRE staff was hospitable. Complimentary breakfasts were served daily. Not just fruit and juice but real breakfast with all of the trimmings. The entire property was well kept, interior and exterior. Next year for the festival I will definitely consider staying here again!!!!”

• Modern place with good facilities.
• The room was not made up until evening.

“Close to the convention center but nearly a mile from Canal St. and the french Quarter. The parking fee was nearly the same as the daily rental fee.”
