• Rude waiters, two of them, poor service in bar.

“This hotel was clean, new and beautiful. The location was great, right next to the casino and aquarium. Rude waiters in bar area who had a lot of attitude.”

• Very nice rooms.
• Terrible valet and security.

“I recently stayed over at the Loews hotel. After a brief stay across the street at hurrahs casino I attempted to return to check out and was struck by one of the valet drivers. Upon being transferred by ambulance to have my numerous injuries treated I returned to inquire about some sort of compensation for medical expenses. At that time I was informed by the hotel manager mike bible that the company assumed 0 responsibilities for the incident. Now I sit here off work recovering running out of money for medical wondering. Why did I ever stay at this horrible place? Thanks for reading my testimonial&”

• Convenient location and awesome view of the city. The big comfy bed was great too.
• I was put in a smoking room (stinky) when I had asked for a non-smoking room.

“The low¿s new Orleans is very nice, the staff was extremely helpful, and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. ”
