• The view from my room of the pool directly outside of my room was beautiful.
• Air conditioner.

• Of course the price with Priceline.
• Nothing.

“This was not a fancy Marriot hotel. But it was clean, comfortable and convenient. I used Priceline several times and will continue on using them.”

• Onsite parking was close, accessible, and relatively inexpensive.
• Housekeeping service lacked attention to detail in terms of cleaning.

“Overall good experience. Room appointed nicely. Good location and good onsite parking. Attention to detail with regard to housekeeping/cleaning needed improvement (When we arrived a used washrag hung on the shower curtain rod and a previous guest's convention wrist bracelet remained on the floor by the bed throughout the stay).”

• The lobby was great.
• The rooms was very cramped and somewhat dated.

“The hotel is nice but is not close to any New Orleans attractions other than the Riverwalk, which we found to be run down and empty. The hotel parking situation is the worst I have ever witnessed. The room was okay but I have stayed in better.”

• It was in a safe area, very clean and spacious rooms, and a nice breakfast buffet.
• A bit of a far walk to the French Quarter.

“The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, and the staff was very friendly. There is a decent hot breakfast buffet for about $12 every morning. My only complaint was that it is quite a walk to the French Quarter, but it can be done. Some may be tempted to just take a taxi ride into the Quarter.”

• Kids game was in town and they were loud.

“Overall this hotel was great, parking price was resonable, free wired internet in rooms but have to pay for wireless in the lobby and common areas. Breakfast at hotel was a little high priced when compared to others I have stayed at offering the same.”

• I especially liked how close the hotel was to downtown(walking distance).
  Very plus beds!
• I did not like the T.V. reception. It was very fuzzy.

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly & knowledgable, the hotel was close(walking distance)to all the main attractions. The rooms were very spacious w/ plush beds. We didn't use the amenities, but the hotel had a pool, hottub, gym & laundry room. Internet access in all rooms too.”

• Odor in lobby and hallways. Small sink and sink area.

“This is a great no frills hotel. Clean and very efficient service. No issues with the exception of an odor in the lobby and the hallways. The bathrooms and the sink area are very small, and to add to it when sharing with another person and a coffee maker it's even smaller.
”

“I would definitely stay here again. It was very comfortable and the courtyard was quite nice. It's not the French Quarter, but it was a great value and walking distance to anywhere I wanted to go.”
