• Good location, comfortable beds.
• Breakfast selection lacking.

“This hotel was clean and comfortable. The double beds however were smaller than standard size doubles but bigger than twin size. The hotel was in the middle of everything; walking distance to Hurrahs, French quarter, etc. Was not walking distance to decently priced bottled liquor. I highly recommend purchasing liquor before you get there.”

• It was in a very convenient location & it was very clean and nice!
• The pool was very small and the hot tub had no water!

“I thought this hotel was a good choice. It was very clean and nice. It was close to everything but still very quiet. We had a very nice trip and stay!”

• The bathroom was not so clean and flushing was not good.

• Overbooking, assistance in the headquarters.

“Even the location was my reason of preference, I regret this decision now. They overbooked during a meeting and ruined my travel. Worst part is that they charged my deposit as if I am the one who did not show up. If you think you will save transportation money by staying here, think twice. They might send you some hotel 15 minutes drive away and make you pay for a downtown hotel and high cab rates at the same time.”

• Location was good.
• No fire alarm, unfriendly staff, no knowledge about local info, wake-up call and calling taxi never happened.

“I rate this hotel as 1 star. There are many reasons to say why. Hotel staff generally speaking did not have any sense of what's their duty is. If I ask anything, northing is done such as wake-up calls and calling taxi, I just can not trust hotel clerk. Also, importantly, hotel room fire alarm was taken out-not very safe. If I ask for information such as where can I catch bus or where can I buy stamp, where is such restaurant I am looking for. They do not know it nor they do not want to help you. I will never recommend this hotel ever! Angry guest who stay at La Quinta, New Orleans.”

• The location.
• The noise. The bathroom noises were audible throughout the room and we could hear the TV from next door.

“I would recommend this hotel because of its location, the effort of the daytime shift manager to give us information about the city and the price for the quality of the venue. My real complaint is some of the staff were unprepared to cater to a tourist's need for information about restaurants, music venues, etc. And in a tourist city, this should not happen.”

• The beds and linens were wonderful!
• The hotel staff is rude and uncaring.

“If you are only staying for one night and don't need any attention this is the place to stay. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms and showers are decent. However the staff is rude and uncaring and if you have never been to new Orleans and need advice or help with a taxi I would not recommend staying here.”
