“The hotel is beautiful, The rooms were nice, only little problem I had were the showers. The pressure was non existent and our tub was dirty (stained not unclean).”

“The staff was great the duration of my stay, steering me to restaurants, tourist spots and more. One of my friends lives in the city so I had a personal tour guide most of the time but when he wasn't available, the hotel helped me feel at ease wherever they told me to go. I spent all day at the pool, though the sun doesn't hit the pool itself until 10 or so for the morning I laid in the sun on a chair. Get their early though, because there are only a few lounge chairs.”

“This hotel was OK, nothing special. Room was clean and service was fine. No parking available, so expect to add $25 a night to your hotel price if you have a car. It's located on a busy party street which is good for some, but it does stay pretty noisy with people and sirens for the majority of the night.”

“The room was impressive at first sight, location was great, and it was very comfortable. I would have liked to stay one more night. But I think this will be added to my list of favorite hotels in the area. The others being The Frenchman, Le Richelieu, and the Ramada on Bourbon.”

“The hotel is very lovely but very old. The room was clean but very musty. When we got back, my sister told me my clothes smelled like an old lady's house. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone that isn't planning on staying out partying all night.”

“It was GREAT for the money. You could not ask for a better location if you planned on spending time in the French Quarter. The hotel was pretty.”

“We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. We had to call maintenance twice for AC repairs which were not resolved. Luckily the weather was cool and we were not completely miserable. The bathtub drained ever so slowly and this was a little annoying. Other than these two issues, everything else was just fine. Hotel staff members were extremely polite, professional and helpful. The location was great and my kids loved the pool. I really liked the outside pool bar. It was very convenient to have a drink charged to your room. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel and would most likely stay here again.”

“This was an excellent hotel 1/2 block off of Bourbon Street. I stayed on a Friday night and did not have any noise issues so common in hotels that close to Bourbon Street. The staff was friendly, the room spacious, and the whole place was quite clean. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The hotel is in a good location, very near Bourbon Street. The room was disappointing, however, because it lacked an outside-facing window. The window opened up to the hallway, so we never opened the shades. A very strange design that made us claustrophobic.”

“The hotels location is prime. The friendliness and willingness of the staff to help is above and beyond expectations. I traveled with two small children and whether I was lost and needed direction, (which they printed out a map for me), or needed extra blankets, the staff was on the double with a big smile. This is a great place to stay.”
