• The Conoco sign became something of a friend.
• Reservations must be improved!

“the only problem was the lack of knowledge displayed by the lady attending the desk. She honestly did not know where anyplace was and let me know very quick it was none of her business. The rooms I had reserved were NOT reserved and there was a bit of a scene I waited for quite some time before being allowed to check in. The pool was not in service as advertised, I asked for a pool chair and no one knew where they were. The pool service did eventually arrive and the pool was finally opened. The staff was very nice (except for this initial check in person). This is a dry county so there is a considerable drive to get wine or beer the cleaning crew (from India) were the nicest of all, they liked the fact that I have visited India. Well it is a typical airport type hotel, generic could be anywhere in America. The people in the area are very nice and although the airport was undergoing construction it was a very nice venue in which to wait. I would recommend this hotel due to price and location, however, restaurants are a bit scarce and no one seems to know where anything is but I am used to that I guess.”

“I was disappointed that there was not a pick up service to get me from the airport to the hotel. When I called I was told the service stopped at midnight, and it was about 12:04. The room was very nice. Clean, and everything worked. Desk person very personable. Breakfast very good. Just unhappy to have specifically wanted a hotel at the airport, and having to spend $15 to get there.”
