• Very ornate decor, more suited to elderly.

• Very beautiful, exquisite taste, very friendly, LePavillion has a royal flair that make you feel so special.
• I did not like that the spa and exercise facilities were on the 10th floor roof top, I really did not feel safe there.

“My husband and I was highly satisfied with everything and every one. The serve was excellent, checkout was great. I have already referred this hotel to my family and friends. We brought post cards home to show off the decor. I loved the valet. Excellent in everyway. We felt so special. We are looking forward to a return visit.”

• The concierge service was great.
• The hallways smelled like moth balls.

• The hotel was beautiful. They offer peanut butter and jelly sandwiches at 10:00 PM! What a treat.
• Only 2 small elevators.

“The hotel was beautiful with good location. Decor was gorgeous! Great staff! Everyone is offered to come down to the lobby between 10:00 PM-11:00 PM to make PB and J sandwiches, have cold milk and hot chocolate!”

• The bed was not very comfortable.

“Beautiful historic hotel. We loved the location. It was within walking distance to all the places we wanted to see. We parked the car when we got there and didn't get back in it until we checked out. The only thing that I didn't like was the bed. I was hoping for a more comfortable bed. But, overall, we enjoyed the stay.”

• Prices in dining facility were a bit high. Dust ruffle on bed needed repair.

• Toilet ran by itself all night.

“The hotel was great. We loved it. The one drawback was the toilet ran all night. You could shake the handle and it would stop but start up soon after. Other than that, it was great.”

• Very comfortable feeling- like being a guest in someone's home.
• Very expensive restaurant and no coffee pot in room.

“An elegant hotel full of antiques but with most of the necessary modern amenities needed by travelers. They have a fun experience at night- PB & J sandwiches and hot chocolate in the lobby before retiring for the night- I slept like a dream. The restaurant is pricy, but the service, like the rest of the place is impeccable.”

• Had a suite with perfect service !
• Cold.

“Good location, not too far from the French Quarter. The hotel staff is really nice and friendly. The suite is really big and comfortable with all the little extras (cookies, bath suit, bottle of water, weather prevision).”

• PB&J (Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich).
• King room, bath tub is small.

“We really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were nice, the pool is beautiful, and the lobby is majestic. We loved coming down for PB&J at 10:00pm. We didn't tell the kids about the ghost stories until after we left. They thought is was so cool. We would have loved to stay there longer, but for this trip it was just a stopping place for the night on our way to Florida.”

• Room was old, carpet was musty. Bathroom was not clean.

“I was expecting a little more for a 4 star hotel. The room could have been at motel 6. Did not meet the expectation after view the lobby and dining facilities.”

• Free WiFi, great location, helpful staff, good buffets, beautiful lobby.
• Expensive valet parking, rooms seemed a little dirty.

“My experience at this hotel was very mixed. The lobby is beautiful and the staff is very attentive and helpful. However, the first night we found a large roach in our bed! Someone from the staff came up to take care of it for us, but the roach got away so we asked to be moved to another room which they gladly did (they also gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience). There were no problems beyond that and we appreciated the responsiveness of the staff. We tried both the breakfast and lunch buffet and both were excellent. Overall, it was a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay.”

• Parking was $28/night. Room was very tiny. Desk was so small it only fit my laptop and the table lamp.

“However, parking is very expensive. If I was paying full price, I would not have been satisfied. It would have been very difficult to have two people in my room - it was that small.”

• Beautiful lobby, pbj & milk at night.
• Charged me twice for the room, poor guest service.

“No surprise, since it took them 2 days to come lock the mini bar, which is infrared censored, not good with a 3 year old. I told them that, it still took them 3 requests to do it & only then it was when I had to physically find someone and ask them. Pretty hotel, but the service was just sub-par for what you would expect.”
