• Parking costs $14.

“Would stay here again. Walking distance to Bourbon St., extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent stay for price. Only complaint: parking was $14.”

• The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome.
• The exterior is not indicative of the interior.

“The front desk staff was amazing. I was moving across the country and had a car full of stuff. They personally moved my car so that the attendant in the garage could watch it overnight to make sure it was safe. I felt very appreciated. The hotel was clean and very nice on the inside. The room was spacious and clean.”

• I was very satisfied with everything. Could not say anything bad. I would recommend and stay there again.

• Very friendly staff.

“Extremely friendly hotel staff. I would definately stay here again. Location was not bad. Only a short walk to most of the main areas to visit. And there was a Subway sandwich shop downstairs for a cheap easy meal.”

• They upgraded our room to a suite and were so friendly, and they waived our $14 parking fee.
• We loved everything! It was so wonderful. My husband had a great birthday, and we had a really fun experience to remember.

“The staff was so friendly. When we arrived, they upgraded our room to a suite with a kitchen and separate living room/ sitting area. We had 2 TV's! We had such a wonderful time!”

• The front desk person who checked us in was the nicest best clerk we have ever encountered, Most helpful person ever for all 3 days/ 2 nights.
• Everything was great.

“The clerk who checked us in was great, other staff at hotel were extremely friendly. Will strongly recommend to others. Location was about 3 blocks from Bourbon/Canal intersection. Pretty quiet hotel, stayed on 6th floor so that helped.”

• Staff was friendliest I've encountered at ANY hotel, ever.
• Hotel is on a road with poor lighting, near a rough part of town.

“I booked this hotel with only a 1 queen size bed room available, since I waited too long, to book for myself and my brother. I had planned on sleeping on the floor, and letting my brother sleep in the bed When we arrived at the hotel, without my even asking, the person at the desk spent about 10 minutes of his own time searching for us for a room with two beds. Aside from that, for the price, the location of the hotel was fantastic, the room was clean, with a free bag of local chips on each bed, the continental breakfast was good, and really nothing was below expectations. Don't get this hotel if you want a beautiful view, but otherwise, I have no complaints at all. The hotel is within convenient walking distance to the superdome and the French quarter both, being about halfway between the two.”

• Loved that the hotel manager Stanley remembered our names and provided us with some great information.
• Coffee maker in the room a little dusty.

“My stay was great the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat parking availability was not a problem and affordable I had a very good time.”

• Took a long time to check out.
