“This hotel is nicely located halfway between Tulane University and the French Quarter. I love the fact that you can catch the Trolley right outside the front door. The hotel is quaint, clean for the most part- I had a leak in my room the second night and there was no-problem getting moved. I would stay again.”

“Small and cozy for a couple, clean with beautiful furnishings and romantic atmosphere. Plus price was great for our budget. Front desk and accommodations were located across the street from my living quarters which made this an inconvenience.”

“The Prytania Park Hotel is one of the jewels of New Orleans. It is conveniently located one block from the St. Charles Street Car line, making it uber-convenient to the Garden District where it lies within as well as the French Quarter where everyone wants to go. Tulane and Loyola Universities are within reach as is Audubon Park along with historic homes in the neighborhood. A variety of New Orleans cuisine is within walking distance or a streetcar away.”

“It was outdated everything was small. Bed, shower, room in general. It was not worth it. We also had a visitor. Large roach.”

“Business in n. o., Harahan, & baton rouge for apex 12 yrs. before KatriNA stayed at this hotel 5-10 times/year, often w/one or two other couples, equaling as many as 30 nits in some yrs. on a recent trip, we stopped at the welcome center & picked up coupons distributed by the hotel. They refused to honor their own coupons (no expiration date). They promised us rooms we'd previously stayed in, if we wanted to wait an hour or so. we waited, but were told by a different desk clerk the only room we could have at the price the 1st clerk quoted substantially higher that the coupon rate), was, in our experience, a large closet w/a shower no tub, ice box, or microwave). I had to threaten to stop my credit card in order to leave. Rude people!”
