• Friendliness of staff.
• Non-smoking and smoking rooms located on same floor.

“I have severe problems with smoke. My floor was a mixed smoking, non-smoking floor and the hall was filled with cigarette smoke. I was told by the hotel staff that there were no other rooms available. Although the hotel staff tried to be helpful, I was disappointed with the quality of accommodations at this hotel.”
