• The continental breakfast came with a waffle iron so it wasn't just cold items.

“We had a nice stay and the night clerk was extremely friendly when we checked in at 12:00 a.m. The breakfast was good because our kids had waffles instead of just cereal.”

• Friendly staff willing to help in any way
• They had us booked for only one room when I had reserved two. Luckily, I printed out my reservation confirmation.

“Decent hotel, but not up to the usual Marriott standard--mattresses worn out, smoker's room (ugh!), pillows worn out, pet stains on carpet.”

• The front desk provided me toiletries that I had forgotten.
• I waited 50 minutes for the complimentary shuttle service only to be treated rudely when it arrived. The next morning the shuttle was 30 min late.

• The hotel offered a free airport shuttle service with very courteous driver.

“I enjoyed staying at Fairfield Inn Jackson Airport in Pearl very much. The hotel was very clean and the people very friendly. I was there for Cross Road of the South soccer tournament with my son and several of his team mates.I went to check with the front desk person to find out what time they start serving breakfast on Sunday morning, she told me that they usually start at 7:00 am. I told her that our team had a game at 9:00am and the boys need it to eat 2 hours before game. She was nice and offered to set up breakfast at 6:30am. That offer made my evening because she was going the extra mile to get customer satisfaction.”
