• Comfortable beds, pillows, nice towels and toiletries and was
  quiet.
• A little out of the way - had to make several turns to reach it.

“This hotel was clean and located just outside of New Orleans and a few blocks from the causeway and Vets boulevard. I got a good deal on my rate too.”

• The staff was friendly and courteous I will gladly stay in this hotel again.

“After I named my price on priceline and it was accepted, I read the reviews for the hotel and was very disappointed with what I read. But after getting there and experiencing for myself the service and the quality I must say that those reviews were completely wrong. I thank you for a wonderful experience.”

• The location and the free parking.

“The location of the Sheraton is not too far, yet not too close to the business of downtown New Orleans. There free garage parking at the hotel and it seems to be safe. The rooms are nice, clean, and peaceful.”

• Great location for our shopping & dining plans. Nice room.
• Recommend they keep doors to adjacent garage locked at all times, not just night.

“Great central location along I-10 in Metairie, very near everything we wanted to do on our short stay. Quiet, very nice room not perfect, but not worn either. Staff interaction was limited but efficient and pleasant just what we wanted.”

• Location.
• The room appeared to have been spot cleaned.

“Smoke detector was disengaged (actually hanging off the wall with wires exposed). There were no clean towels. There was no coffee maker (it took two calls to get a working coffee maker). There was a stain on the bed linen sticking out from between the mattresses.”

• It was close to the interstate and the area was quiet.
• The shower head was not clean and toilet not cleaned thoroughly.

“Overall, I loved my stay at the Sheraton. The rooms and ambiance were lovely and the staff was always helpful. The only complaint I have is the fact that the shower head had bacterial growth suggesting that it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while and under the rim of the toilet bowl was the same.”

“The hotel was conveniently located to the areas we visited. The room was very nice. Wireless internet was available and this was important to us. I would definitely stay here again.”

• We stayed on the 'club' level.
• I liked the staff, the food and the room.

“The hotel is located just off I-10 not far from New Orleans. We stayed on an executive floor for the price of a regular room. Staff was great. Beds were extremely comfortable. I'll choose that hotel again.”

“My stay at the hotel was nice, but I wouldn't select this particular hotel again. It was kind of hard to get to off. The front desk employees seemed to care less whether they had business or not, and surely didn't care to accommodate them. I arrived at 1:”
