• The room was kept very clean!
• No refrigerator/microwave in room, continental breakfast only versus a 24 hours meal hotel, no room service, local newspaper wasn't available everyday.

“The hotel/staff was excellent, hotel is poorly located, no business sign outside to indicate to clients/customers that it is a Ramada Inn or any other hotel/motel. No 24 hour meal services, local newspaper wasn't available on Monday. I could have gotten a better deal/services staying at a Hampton Inn!”

• Location is good, nice breakfast and responsive to problems (faint praise).
• Has gone downhill in just one year. Needs a quick restoration.

“Once was a great place to stay, but now it is getting run down with noisy equipment, non-working elevator, non-working wireless, careless housekeeping, etc. Needs to be restored to the cleanliness and quaintness it enjoyed just a year ago. Katrina can't be blamed; There is plenty of staff, and the hotel is in undisturbed Metairie.”
