• I cant think of anything positive.
• Staff is rude and unhelpful, rooms are dirty, bad location, poor staff morals.

“My husband was working down in Metairie, and was staying at the Extended Stay. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. When we first checked in there was still food on the stove and walls from the previous guest, the bath tub and sink wouldn't drain, and the bottom of the bathtub had a ring of black around it. Ten days into our stay, our room still hadn't been cleaned properly, we finally had to demand our room be taken care of. We returned that night the sheets had been changed, however the food was still on the wall and stove, and the tub was still black, and our laptop was gone. The manager wasn't helpful at all with our laptop situation, and at one point in time told us, " to back off". We still haven't seen any results in the matter, even after dealing with the corporate office in Washington.”
