“When we arrived at the hotel none of the rooms were cleaned. Our reservations said we could check in at 1:30, but at 3:00 when we arrived we had to keep going up and down to let the front desk person know that the rooms he kept giving us were not clean. After the 3rd time trying to find a clean room, we just stood outside and waited for the room to be cleaned. There was some construction going on and also nothing in the room worked... coffee maker, hair drier, some lamps. All around we wished we could have stayed somewhere else.”

• The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
• Low standards in decor, bedding and cleanliness.

• Room seemed nice and up to date. Furnishings were average with some wear.
• What I found stuffed into the chair in my room.

“Upon entering my room, I was pleased that it was clean, reasonably priced and seemingly comfortable. It wasn't until checkout that I realized my teenaged son had misplaced his cell phone. We cleaned the room our self searching beneath the furniture and in the cushions of the furniture. It was then that I reached into the chair to see if the cell phone had fallen there. I felt something plastic, so we turned the chair over to investigate. The lining of the chair was torn on one side, so I peeked in to see if what I felt was the cell phone, instead I saw between 10-20 used douches someone had stuffed into the chair. I was glad that my children had not found these and also glad that the cell phone was not in the midst of this trash. I will never stay in a room without first checking the furniture.”
