  • Staff was rude and did not address a problem.

“This hotel was bad. My wife and I stayed here to get away for the weekend. There was a marching band competition in town with 1000 plus teens at the hotel. The staff assured us that our floor was nowhere near where the bands were. However, they were all around us and we were awakened each night by screaming teens. We reported the incident to hotel staff and they did nothing to make the situation right. I will not stay here again.”

“Hilton at the Ballpark is a clean, well equipped facility with good dining facilities both in house and within walking distance. It is located only five minutes from the metrolink, an easy way to get around.”

  • The staff was over the top in every department.
  • The rooms were OK but the bathroom was too confined.

“Expensive to park and use valet. The bathroom door touched the toilet and only one person could even move in the bathroom. It was a beautiful room with a great view of the stadium (you wouldn't want to watch a game from the window but you could see the players).”

“I had a wonderful experience. We were within walking distance of the Edward Jones Dome and the St. Louis Arch. Staff at the hotel were helpful and offered a shuttle for LaCledes Landing or airport if needed.”

  • The bathroom was so small that the door rubbed the toilet.

“Very nice hotel. Well worth the money I paid for the room, even including the parking fees. ($16.00 for the garage across the street). All in all a super value!”

  • Bed was comfortable, pretty furniture
  • charge for parking, room pricey, internet charge

“I was upset that they charged for parking as a guest I feel it should be included in the room fee. Especially since the room is on the pricey side. It was downtown and as we walked to dinner, there were shady people in the park next door....we didn't feel safe walking. Charges for internet were absolutely uncalled for. Even less expensive places provide free internet. I will definately choose a hotel that does not charge for internet and parking next time.”

  • They charged for everything that other hotels gave away.
