• The location is nice.
• My room had bed bugs and I had to pack and move at 2 am!

“My trip started fairly well. I was in a junior suite in the suites tower which is across the street from the main hotel. I was a little put out by having to cart my luggage across a busy street, but that was nothing compared to the fact that on the first night I had to change rooms at 2 am when my roommate and I discovered bugs in our bed! Seriously, we found more than a dozen small bugs crawling in our bed. The staff was quite attentive to getting us a new room immediately. But, we also only received 1 out of a total of 3 wake up calls that we scheduled and our room was not cleaned on the second day. We were in the room for a good chunk of the day and the privacy sign was not posted, and no one even attempted to clean the room. Furthermore, I was surprised by the lack of amenities in our junior suite - no robes, no fan in the bathroom, no free internet, no mini bar and no sheets for the sofa couch. All in all this was a very disappointing stay. I would never stay here again!”

• The customer service was excellent, they were able to meet all of our needs.
• Paying for parking.

“The hotel provided a comfortable environment. Even though we stayed during the fourth of July weekend and witnessed two large tour buses as well as several small ones arrive, our service was never affected. I believe that a hotel that can operate at that capacity and not loose its customer care is one worth recommending to others.”

• Quality staff, comfortable beds, great view.
• Did not have ventilation in the bathroom.

“Great hotel, felt more luxurious than the price. Restaurant menu was not designed for a family and a bit pricey, but overall service and staff were great, pools were great, view was awesome - kids, hubby and I loved it!”

• The rooms are very nice, as well as the linens and pillows.
• They charge $10 for internet per day & $10 to park per day!

“It's a very nice, clean, luxurious hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. It's close to the airport, so you can hear the planes somewhat. $10 per day to access internet. $10 per day to park a car in their parking lot and there is no where else to park. It would be great for a romantic weekend or some business travelers. Being upscale and not having any type of entertainment other than a plain pool, I wouldn't recommend it for families.”

• The room was exceptionally clean.
• Not enough towels for 2 people.

“The staff was wonderful. The cleanliness of a room is the most important factor. I like the trend of replacing reused bedspread with white duvet cover. The bed was comfortable, view of entrance fountain nice and no noise at night. My only disappointment was that I was charged $10 per day for parking. I did not expect this. This is unusual for a hotel which is not in the downtown convention area.”

“This was a great hotel. We stayed overnight before catching a flight for our anniversary weekend and it was the perfect start for our trip. They gave us shuttle service to the airport which was really convenient because it was raining. Would definitely recommend.”

“Convenient to I-70. If you want a nice restaurant to eat at (other than the hotel) you'll need to drive less than 5miles. Quite a few conventions in the hotel make it not so great for Romantic couples, but standard fare for business. Nice gym.”

• While clean, the rooms require updating to boost it to the next rating.

“I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will surely stay again. The staff were true professionals and very accommodating. The restaurant is worth mentioning as the food and service was top notch.”

• Upscale access to the airport, with upscale restaurant.
• Service staff were either too chatty or indifferent.

“Enjoyed our stay overall. Bell man talked way too much, to the point of being almost intrusive while assisting us with our luggage. Bar staff ignored us for almost five minutes, and we were the only two people in the bar. The pool is only accessible through the middle of the lobby -- no privacy.”

• I loved the courteous and helpful staff; quality furnishings and bedding.
• I could have used a refrigerator in our room for medical purposes; there were not enough for all the guests. Would be nice to have in each room.
