• I loved the courteous and helpful staff; quality furnishings and bedding.
• I could have used a refrigerator in our room for medical purposes; there were not enough for all the guests. Would be nice to have in each room.

• Doing some Remodeling-Fumes from some sort of cleaning supplies.

• Door between rooms not well insulated. Awaken at 1:00 in the morning by the connected room.

• The bedding was very clean and high quality.
• Only 2 towels in the room, Styrofoam coffee cups, no extra blankets or pillows.

• The room was comfortable.
• The elevators were a little slow.

“The hotel lobby was beautiful. It was located near the airport, but with easy access to major highways leading to St. Louis. Parking was $10/day, but normal price for the area. The room was nice, with a nice sized bathroom. I only wished there had more complimentary services (water, Internet, or breakfast) but I knew it going in.”

• The room and hotel staff was nice.
• The restaurant staff was sub par.

“Room was comfortable, and hotel staff very polite and helpful. The restaurant staff was polite, but service very slow. It took 20 minutes to get our initial drink order, and the waitress was nowhere to be found on a few occasions.”

• Room was great, nice work area.
• Sad that Hampton Inn offers free internet and upscale places don't.

• Some of the staff had a "when I'm good and ready Ill take care of that" attitude.

• The food was excellent and location to airport convenient.
• Food was expensive NO free parking for airport disappointing.

“One night stay before flying out of Lambert is super for the location but they charge $10 a night to park car which was very disappointing!”

• Very nice hotel facility overall. Very convenient to the airport.
• No exhaust fan in washrooms, plus the surrounding area is not the nicest.

“Overall our stay was pleasurable. The first room we were put in had not been cleaned from the last guest, but the hotel staff was quick to relocate us to a different room.”

• Parking cost.

“Hotel's proximity to the airport made it perfect for our needs. It seemed to have been recently redecorated and was very clean and staff very courteous. Only down side was that they charged for parking. We did not expect that at an airport hotel.”

• The Bellman went out of his way to find great directions to the event I was in town for.
• Pay parking.

“When we checked in the front desks was very nice, the bellman brought the bags to the room and then when I asked him about a location in town he left and came back with the best hand written directions, and was so nice. overall just a great stay, plan to stay here again.”
