• The shuttle service which we used several was wonderful. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes.
• There was nothing we disliked.

• Location.
• Everything else.

“I had to pay for parking DAILY! The restaurant was overpriced. The staff was unfriendly and even rude at times. The staff knew nothing of the surrounding area, so we had no help in finding activities. The list goes on.”

• Very poor service, Non smoking room smelled like smoke and staff wouldn't assist with it. Very rude front desk staff and extremely slow check-in.

“Very poor design of hotel, unless you are close to elevator the rooms are very far away. We found this hotel to be the worst of any we've stayed at in the past few years and we travel quite often. The check in was very slow and staff didn't seem too care. We had booked two rooms because we have 4 kids and they gave us different floors.”

• Room was hot and after 2 hrs with air on, still 80 degrees.

“Nice hotel with the exception of room being HOT! Stayed in July, room was extremely hot when we arrived and after over 2 hrs with air on, still 80 degrees. Moved to another room--coolest it got was 75.”

• Location too far from Busch Stadium to walk at night.

“The Hotel was under renovations when we arrived. The staff was very friendly. The parking was weird and not on the property. The Priceline website said the hotel was 4 of a mile it was more like 1.4 miles. We made the best.”

• Very friendly staff, courteous & prompt. Maid was awesome!
• Pool in center of hotel, kids screaming not peaceful.

“Shuttle service was very nice. Staff was very courteous and prompt. Very down to earth people. Rooms were big and bed was extremely comfortable. Very good place for families. Not a lot of time in pool without many kids yelling and splashing if you wanted to have quiet time in the pool. Overall great experience.”

“Downtown location. Parking is extra $10-15. Whirlpool is currently out of service. Breakfast is about $10 per person. Staff was friendly.”

• Friendly staff; and clean rooms.
• Kids running wild in the hotel on th second floor; this is the floor with the pool.

“I would recommend this hotel to people, but I would not recommend the stay in one of the rooms on the second floor or anything near the pool area if you want peace and quiet. Otherwise, this is a an excellent facility.”

• Convenient location right in the downtown area.

“Our room would have been nicer had it not be right next to the indoor pool. Our room window looked out to the pool and there was a door out to the pool area. So we heard everything anytime anyone was ever swimming in the pool. Not ideal when you want to sleep in. And we could hear the clinking of forks and knives on plates from the breakfast area.”

• Dirty room, dirty towels in shower. Not recommended.

“Would not recommend this hotel at all. There were dirty towels in the shower, bathroom was completely uncleaned. Dirty rooms, will never stay at this location again! Very disappointed given the brand of hotel this was and the nice location!”

• Comfy bed, free in room coffee, iron, hair dryer. Good location if going to convention center.
• Parking fee $15.00/night.

“Hotel under construction. Woke up to pounding and sawing noises. Parking $15/night, street parking available at meters but weird meter hours geared to favor St. Louis' parking officer's ticket quota! Wish we had known about bad parking situation. Otherwise we would not have stayed here. Room was comfortable, continental breakfast ok. Clean. Pool is nice but really small. Hotel right across the street from convention center. Hotel close to many things to do in St Louis. Would stay here again, if the parking situation was different. When construction done and new carpet put in will be very nice.”

• Comfortable room, friendly staff and great location.
• The wireless computer connection did not work and hotel staff did not help.

“Overall this hotel was good. The restaurant had good food at a reasonable price. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The swimming pool was smaller than expected, but relaxing to swim in. The exercise room only had 2 treadmills, stationary bike and a stair master machine. It would have been nice to have an exercise machine to work the upper body too. There was only two things we were not satisfied with. The wireless connection did not work in our room and when we called to ask for help, the hotel staff said they could not help but we could go use the business longer. The second was that my wife had a head ache and called down to the front desk to see if they had something to help. She was told to try the vending machine in the lobby. We checked it and there was not any kind of pain reliever. All other hotels I have stayed at have always had convenience packets of items such as pain relievers.”

• Staff was overly friendly.
• No restrooms on hotel 1st floor.

“Hotel was nice but dusty and dirty due to renovation. No restrooms open on 1st floor. Further, there was no ice available on any of the floors, had to go downstairs and get ice from bar. Fitness center was flooded and unusable. Even though the above issues were troublesome, we were hardly at the hotel only to sleep.”

• Hotel was quiet.
• Pool and common area was dirty, area was not great.

“The hotel was located in downtown St. Louis, but was not in a great area. Staff gave false information about parking. Pool area was dirty, but nice to have when traveling with small children. Room was clean and the shampoo/soaps were really nice!”
