• Amazing bathroom.
• Entrance a little hard to find.

“Great place! Friendly staff modern decor. Loved the spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath. Perfect place to stay if you are catching a cardinal game-directly across the street. Also metro link access across street. We will be back.”

• It's quality location and across from Busch Stadium.
• No pool.

“Excellent Westin quality, very nice room, great bathroom, great location. If your going to St. Louis and are staying downtown this should at top preference, it doesn't get any better if your going to see the Cardinals.”

• The comfort of the room.
• The convenience to shops & pharmacies.

“The hotel was very well maintained and right across the street from the baseball stadium. The hotel was also near the Arch and football stadium. We were able to get around the city without renting a car. Overall, great experience.”

• The rooms are outstanding, a great place to stay.
• Room service food was only average.

• Very spacious rooms and a beautiful lobby.
• No vending machines. Cost of mini bar was a little high.

“Very spacious rooms and lobby. Only negatives would be no vending machines and the cost of the minibar items was a little high for my budget. Great service, workers were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location (near the ballpark). Highly recommended. But take your own soda in your bag and any other snacks you may want.”

“This was a lovely hotel located right across the street from Busch Stadium. I asked for a room with a view of the stadium and we got it! We were located on the 6th floor and had a magnificent view.”

• No complimentary parking with an overnight stay.

“The Westin is a great hotel. They work very hard to accommodate their guests. As we were coming to St. Louis to attend a Cardinal's game, we chose to reserve a stadium view room. Without hesitation and without our asking, the desk clerk offered his apologies and upgraded us to a suite. After the game, our room service order was delivered in about fifteen minutes, which was much faster than the time indicated to us for delivery. We also pre-ordered breakfast for the next morning and it was delivered precisely at the time we requested. Simply great service in beautiful surroundings. We will stay at the Westin again.”

• Hotel was very clean, the hotel staff was very friendly, and the location of the hotel was great.
• Parking was very convenient with valet, but would be all that I could come up with that was not optional.

“Clean hotel, convenient parking, and dining wonderful, nice location to all the things you want to do. Will stay there every time I go to St Louis.”

• The staff were exemplary friendly and helpful.
• Not as luxurious as I expected uncomfortable beds & linens.

“While I was a bit disappointed in the level of luxury provided at this hotel I was expecting super plush based on recommendations, the staff was incredibly genuine, friendly and helpful and went out of their way to fix any inconvenience.”

• All non smoking, without any smoking areas that were covered.

“Except for not be able to smoke inside and having to stand outside in the rain and 20 degree weather to smoke was an over all fine trip.”

• The elegant appeal of the hotel. The robe and slipper kind of quality. Beautiful decorations.
• Doesn't have a pool.

“Excellent hotel. We expected quality with a 4 star hotel, but the stay was wonderful. Beautiful hotel and a great atmosphere.”

• Bed very comfortable, spacious bathroom.
• Internet seemed expensive.

“We loved this hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was huge and nicely decorated. The bathroom was to die for. It had a separate tub from the shower. There are not many hotels that do that anymore. It was the weekend of turning the clocks back. The hotel was kind enough to deliver several messages to make sure we remembered to set out clocks.”

• Great accommodations for Cardinals game across the street, the room was very nice, would like to stay again soon. Great family weekend.
• Parking is across the street.

• Shower, bath, counter space, comfort of bed, and overall cleanliness are great.
• Toilet is too close to the wall; food is way too expensive for breakfast. Exercise facilities are ill-kept. Needs microwave and fridge in room.

“Convenience to Bush Stadium and surrounding activities, room size, and bed comfort, ability to control room temperature, shower size, water pressure and counter space were great. However, they need to add a few things, mentioned above, to justify asking price and 4-star rating.”

• The refreshments were expensive.

“It was our first anniversary and they brought us a cheese and fruit tray and a bottle of wine. We were treated wonderfully. The room and bathroom were first-class and the service was great!”

• Amazing location; lots of nice artwork in the rooms.
• Parking. Refrigerator filled with items. Could not put own things in fridge.
