• The hot tub was awesome, great parking, comfortable bed, nice rooms and felt safe.
• Did not have continental breakfast.

“I absolutely would stay again and would recommend to others. Nice place, nice staff and had every thing I needed except breakfast.”

• It has a roomy lobby with great coffee, and news papers.
• The breakfast bread items seemed very stale and there weren't any condiments to improve the items.

• The lobby area had a cute little restaurant.
• Our air conditioner in the room wasn't working properly.

“We traveled with our four kids and everything was great (except the room air conditioner). The hotel was very clean. I believe this place caters to the business traveler more so than families because we only saw one other family at the time (school was back in session and it was a week day), but we didn't feel anything but welcome. The little restaurant in the lobby was great and had Starbucks coffee.”

• Restaurant/bistro has limited menu and hours and NEVER had the advertised Starbucks coffee

• Clean, well-decorated lobby. Friendly staff. Helpful. Nice rooms.
• We had to call twice for bedding for the pull out couch.

• The lobby was very clean and well kept. Very modern.
• The woman who checked us in was quite rude.

“My partner and I were traveling with a visitor from Ghana, age 16. We selected downtown as the location to pick our hotel but this was about 3 miles from downtown and was in a relatively borderline neighborhood. There were a lot of young boys hanging around the parking lot swearing and even many of the guests with crooked hats, pants hanging well below the buttocks, and over sized clothing. This is all fine and well but it was just that 90% of the people we saw were of this nature and the parking lot felt very unsafe. When we checked in, there were three of us and I asked the woman at the front desk if we could have a room with two beds. She said nope. We all looked at her absolutely astonished. She then offered a roll away bed and had it sent to the room. She was not polite in the least and certainly not welcoming. I don't believe she even checked to see if she had a room available with two beds.”

“Good hotel, friendly staff, good price. Longer walk to the Arch than I wanted, but still doable. Decent walking distance to Busch Stadium, Union Station etc. Would stay thereof again.”

• Too far from the Landing.

“Very nice lobby, room and amenities. I was pleased with the room and slept like a baby! We had a view of the parking lot, while our friends across the hall had an awesome view of the Arch and downtown skyline.”

• Location and free parking!

“Good hotel. Nice inside. The king suite we stayed in had a memory foam bed. I am not a fan of those but I know most people are. We stayed for 2 nights and by the second night my back hurt. Not because it was poor quality but I just do not like memory foam. It is just personal preference. It was nice to try though. We loved the free parking and the location, it is close to union station but only within walking distance in the summer or spring. We traveled in February and chose to drive. Very easy to get around since it is right on market street and a lot of other things are. We would stay again.”

• The pool was nice, the placement of the hotel was good.
• The temperature in the room was either to cold or to hot/breakfast was the worst.
  

“The hotel was under construction. We did not think that would interfere with the breakfast and was not prepared. My daughter did not get a good breakfast before her performance and we had to eat out of coffee cups to even get anything to eat. The rooms are nice and the pool and hot tub was nice and big. The room temp was hard to maintain during the night.
