• Location.
• Room wasn't ready when I arrived.

• Absolutely nothing.
• Unclean, seedy area of town, unclean.

“I got to the Red Roof Inn and was appalled by the unclean condition of the room. The chairs were so filthy that I was afraid to sit on them, the bed sheets had holes and reddish yellow stains. I was so angry and frustrated that I could not stay in the room. I ended up leaving the room after one hour and driving back early. I have pictures of the room that I will send to the corporate offices.”

• Location to downtown St. Louis.
• The pillows were filthy.

“The pillows were filthy, although the clean pillow cases helped cover the stains. The bed was large and comfortable. There was still urine on the toilet when I checked in and the air conditioning unit make a terrible rattling sound when turned on.”

“This hotel was not as nice or clean as I like it to be. My biggest problem with the hotel I am very disappointed.”

• The air conditioner worked great.
• The room was incredibly small.

“It was clean so that was a plus, the coffee was good, but the room was so small and the water heater didn't carry much hot water for that long.”
