• Pools, ping pong, service, rooms, fresh cookies every day.
• The restaurant, pool table.

“The Overall hotel was nice. The only fault in the hotel was the restaurant. Very bad service. Nice hotel just don't dine in the restaurant. Pool was great. 2 pools one indoor the other outdoor. Arcade.”

• The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
• The decor was very dated especially in the bathrooms. But everything was perfectly clean and functional.

“I can't say enough about the staff. I stayed a week and they were very quick to bring anything I needed and had great attitudes. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis, so travel to hotspots takes a little longer but it was much quieter there than in downtown. The furnishings (especially in the bathrooms) haven't been updated in some time, but they were clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is also a great rec room off the bar with an inside pool and games. A great place to just hang out. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The pools/hot tub were great. Tons of games. Very good breakfast for a great price. Free internet access was fantastic.
• Nothing.

“This hotel would be the perfect place for families to meet. The general area is huge and full of games from video games old and new to ping pong and pool. The pool area is large and easy to use. A great hotel all around. Free internet made keeping in contact with the office a breeze. The breakfast was delicious and a very decent price.”

• The bathroom was small.

“This was a great hotel. I wish we could have spent more time there to use all the facilities, but basically it was used for a bed and shower.”

• The holidayed was awesome for people with kids.
• No complimentary beak feast.

“This was the perfect hotel for our trip. It was clean, friendly, and located right off the interstate. My children loved the "holidayed play area" in the indoor courtyard. We will stay here again.”

• Pool and game area, staff very nice.
• Coffee pot filthy, pillows very uncomfortable, poolside done not mean poolside.

“Over all we like the hotel we have been there a few times but I did not like that I paid for a pool-side room but was given a second floor room and was told that was still considered pool-side, I really did not enjoy running up and down stairs all day long for an extra 30+ dollars, I belong to a club already. Secondly the coffee pot was gross I made a pot and had already drunk a cup when I saw a bunch of scum floating in the bottom. Thirdly they need to provide feather pillows for those who do not sleep well or at all on foam pillows. Thank you for listening.”

• The entire staff that I encountered went out of their way in efficiency and friendliness.
• There was nothing.

“The staff was incredibly efficient and friendly. The pools and hot tub were impeccably maintained. The arcade/recreation area was very well equipped, with numerous types of game machines as well as 'free access' to shuffleboard and ping pong equipment. I will stay there again and I have and will recommend this facility.”

• My 9 yr old loved the pool.
• Maid service was awful the beds were too hard.

“The room was not cleaned by the maid by the time we got back from our sightseeing at 8pm. So I called down and the sent someone to come and they asked if all I wanted was towels NO! I want my room clean. The second day we waited outside to give the maid time to clean our room again we were waiting by the pool would be clean and again had to ask the maid if she was going to clean our room since we've been waiting for 3 hrs to get it done it was 4 in the afternoon by the time she did it after we had to ask for it to be done. The beds were far too hard and I had to ask for an extra blanket to see if that would help the mattress of course it didn't so there's my honest opinion.”

• It was off the beaten path and out of the hub tub of things making it quiet and relaxing.
• Not a lot of eating choices close by and no continental breakfast available.

“The overall stay was relaxing and enjoyable. My children did enjoy the Holiday. The swimming pool was a little small but was well maintained.”
