• The German feel and decor.
• Breakfast.

“Overall I thought this hotel was a neat place, we were a little disappointed with the breakfast we thought there should of been a little better selection instead of just donuts and juice/coffee.”

• Great neighborhood, easy access to everywhere. Something different
• Sparse amenities/conveniences. Beds are HARD

“My sons and I stayed here on the recommendation of a friend who lives in St Louis. She likes it based on location and the fact that it is old and unique in the cookie-cutter econo-inn price range. It's nice for those reasons but I missed some of the amenities of the econo-inns, specifically the little coffee maker in the room and hairdryer in the bathroom. The guy that checked us in gave me some flack for the name on my credit card not matching my drivers license (one is my hyphenated married name and one is just my married name--why did it even matter, had paid with the credit card 6 weeks prior). He was oddly rude and that little encounter left a sour taste in my mouth for the whole stay. The room was certainly clean and large. The TV was at least 20 years-old.”
