• It was inexpensive, and close to where I wanted to be, the rooms were clean.
• The front desk staff was sullen and rude.

“It served its purpose, I wanted a cheap clean room in St. Louis. It had easy access to the highway. The neighborhood wasn't too nice, but I only spent a night there so no big deal. The hotel staff, the front desk clerk, however, was rude, unhelpful and sullen. She must be related to, or be, the owner or manager, I can't see any other way they would keep her there.”

• The swimming area was very nice.
• They did not have any extra blankets or pillows.

“The breakfast was good and the price was just right but was a little curious as to why a hotel wouldn't have extra blankets or pillows.”

• We put out the ' Do Not Disturb' sign and were actually left alone.
• The continental breakfast was an assortment of breads, i.e. donuts and muffins.

“I enjoyed my stay, but when I came back up in the morning after checking out the breakfast, my key wouldn't work. I had to knock to have my husband let me back in.”

• The shuttle left when ever we were ready to go to the train.
• There was no fridge in the room.

“The staff was very welcoming even though we were Cub fans in Cardinals territory. It was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it to friends. Comparing this hotel to the ones in D-T St Louis, same size maybe even bigger but more than half the price!”

• Very convenient.
• The carpet cleaner in the room, the chemical smell in the room and the smell of cigarettes in the hallway.

“Perfect hotel if you're going to or from the airport. There's a really cool pub behind the place, but a little loud on the weekends.”

• The room was large and spacious, comfortable.
• Location to downtown St. Louis.

“The location part was my fault because I thought I had booked another motel that we had stayed in previously. Other than that, everything was OK.”

• Only thing I liked about this hotel is the staff the counter lady was very friendly and helpful with directions.
• The rooms were nasty and not kept up at all. The pool was gross.

“This hotel shouldn't even be rated at star 1. I have paid less for better rooms. The room sheets looked like they haven't been changed. The beds were falling apart. The wiring in the room was scary the laps had shorts in them the phone jacks were hanging off the walls. The pool had green stuff floating in it. I know it was out of season but only for a few weeks there is no reason why the pool area looked like it did. My all over stay was just not safe or enjoyable. My kids were even scared to be in the neighbor hood. Just couldn't have been better explained in its description. For one this is the worse Days inn I have ever stayed in and that is usually the motel company we always pick. I will do better hunting next time before I stay in another days inn hotel.”

• Neighborhood wasn't greatest - carpet was nasty--door jamb needs fixed.
