“This is a very nice hotel, in an upscale area. Very close to everything. This was my second visit to this hotel, the room the first time was much better, with 2 double beds. This time I got a small room, with only 2 double bed. My kids had to sleep on the floor, luckily we brought our inflatable mattress. Still a nice room though.”

“I was blown away by the friendliness of hotel staff. The room was wonderful and overall the hotel was clean. The location was about 15 minutes from downtown, but in a wonderfully quiet and safe area. Within two blocks of the hotel were public transport stops as well shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Our stay at the Sheraton Clayton Plaza was very pleasant. Rapid, courteous check in. Room small but nicely renovated with excellent bed and linens. We did not spend much time at the hotel or eat there as we were in town for a wedding at another Clayton hotel. Covered, attached parking garage was convenient, but we had to pay $14.00 for parking. I felt that fact should have been disclosed before I bid. Two of the other hotels I checked with do not charge for parking. This is the first time I have ever encountered this situation on Priceline. Overall, the hotel was very nice and I would stay there again and recommend to friends.”

“It would be nice they have refrigirator and offer free wireless internet access. They charge $10 for 24 hour usage. Most of the hotels have free Internet access.”

“The hotel room was small but adequate. Everything was in working order. There were several noisy guests in the hall but I asked them to please not dance in the hall (for real) and they left. The fitness area was tiny but functional. The pool was nice (and deep!). The noise from the pool was very loud though. My room was directly above the enclosed area and I could hear kids screaming until the pool closed. Definitely need some better windows for the rooms just above the pool!”

“This staff at the Sheraton did everything to make our stay incredible. We have a 15 month old. The servers in the restaurant handled him like a champ; the front desk made him smile, and the concierge told us that he had five children. These little things made us relax a bit as this was our first traveling excursion with our son. I would return to this hotel.”

“This is obviously an older hotel with which had recently been renovated. The renovation of the rooms was done as cheaply as possible, but the lobby was done well. This place should be nice for corporate meetings, but I wouldn't stay there again. If it wasn't for the strategic location in a highly corporate neighborhood, I don't know if they could charge their rate.”

“All was great, the rooms were excellent the staff was more than nice (they gave many ideas for our dinner and also printed off maps of where they were) also the fitness center was above expectations. We only had to negatives, had to pay $14.00 extra to park and $10.00 extra for Wi-fi.”
