- It is conveniently placed to Clayton business.
- Dilapidated.
“This was a great hotel with good dinning 10years ago. It has lost its paint, its overall ambiance, and the restaurant is terrible. The personnel is not rude, they do not care enough for that. Paint is peeling, water stains in ceiling, plumbing stuck with grime. I have been there three times - no more will I come back.”
