“Nice hotel in a good location. Got a good price on Priceline but they charge you for parking, internet, etc. Also about 20% taxes. The place could use more elevators.”

“This hotel was very nice for the price and rating. The king bedroom was a little small as space goes, but otherwise very decent appointments to the decor make this a enjoyable hotel to stay.”

“This would have been a nice stay, but the first night I was there the heat was not working and my room was uncomfortably cold. I ended up going to bed with layers on but I was still cold. 2 calls to the front desk did not resolve it. Finally I asked them to bring me more blankets and they brought me two more comforters. I was finally then able to sleep. But in the morning I had a sore throat from breathing cold air all night. On the 2nd night, the heat was operating properly. Thankfully.”

“Hotel was nice. Staff was friendly and responsive. Pretty clean, except bathroom could have been cleaner, and comforter on the bed was dingy. I also think they do not have enough elevators. There was some sort of conference going on for older people. A lot of them had disabilities and tons of older people had to wait a while. Also, there was a concierge desk but I never saw anyone at the desk. And if they had someone who was working two jobs, they should have explained in check in how to access services. Also, did not like that they charged for Wi-Fi internet services.”

“Lobby was nice but does not reflect the room we stayed in. Room could've been nicer if furniture or bathroom fixtures are updated. Bed linens were very comfortable. The hotel needs to buy new towels”

“The hotel all in all was great. Other than the pool seeming a little dirty, the restaurant was great, easy access to the facility and so much surrounding the area regarding food and stores. Short ride into St. Louis. Very clean and if needed, would visit again.”

“I wasn't sure of whether I wanted a hotel by the airport due to potential noise, but that was no problem at all in the room we were in. The bedding was fabulous and the front desk and bell staff were friendly. However, we requested a roll away bed upon check in and had to wait quite a while, even though our son was very tired and it was late (after 10pm). We called for it a second time, then a lady staff person showed up a little while later, shoved the huge rollaway into the room, mumbled quickly something about how busy they were with arrivals downstairs, then left before we could ask her to help put the bed in position and down on the floor. Doing that was something that could have injured a guest, and she didn't even offer to help. Needless to say, the tip I had prepared for her was not wasted on her.”

“Hotel was very nice, clean & comfortable. Biggest down fall - which may keep my from staying there again - is there is no reasonable food service available. We checked in straight off the plane
at 11pm and my child was hungry - no vending machine with food could be found and we couldn't afford the room service food. Even if a light breakfast (ie.rolls, muffins, coffee & juice) would have been nice and highly expected. My son is the one who went looking for the vending machine on our floor (7th floor) and could not find one w/food. But other then the "food" issue, it really was an extremely nice hotel. My son and I both got a wonderful- much needed - nights sleep. Thank You Sincerely Cynthia.”

“Overall, we were comfortable. However, for the price, more should of been included. A local newspaper, free parking, complementary breakfast or welcome cookie, and complementary computer use would of been nice. The hotel did look a bit dated as well. We had trouble using the key to get out of the parking lot and also to get into the hallway from outside. There was only on towel rack in bathroom, it was in the shower. It would of been nice to at least have a refrigerator in the room.”
