“We will not stay here again. The bed was nasty and uncomfortable. They had no wireless internet service and charged for a $15.00 for a wired connection with an additional charge per minute. The restaurant was too expensive. Overall, we were disappointed. The price did not match the quality and service.”

“This was an excellent experience. Although a little smaller than expected, room was nice, clean and well furnished. I would really expect to have a microwave and refrigerator in a hotel of this class.”

“Great West county location. Mind you, the I-64 construction means detours to get into city center. Close to shopping and restaurants. Small, quaint feel with very friendly staff, well appointed rooms, and comfortable beds.”

“This hotel locked us out of our room because they said our credit card had been denied, even though our room was already paid for and we did not authorize any charges to our card. I had to walk down to the desk to take care of it. They apparently tried to charge our account, but no one knew why. The credit card company had no record of the charge, and said no charges had been denied. No one knew what was going on, and I had to stand down there for 20 minutes with my son in a wet swimming suit, while they tried to figure out what was going on. It was a mess.”

“I was so impressed with this hotel. It felt like an upscale hotel for a better price than what I would pay for a Motel 6 on the interstate. The bed linens were very luxurious. There was plenty of sitting room in the room, and the bathrooms were very spacious. The indoor pool area was very very clean and the fitness center was up-to-date and accessible. Even the vending machines were impressive! $1.25 for a soft drink is unheard of in hotels anymore.”

“When checking in, I requested a certain location of the hotel for the room that I would like to stay and was accommodated with that request. Also, I lost an item while I was on my trip and called back to the hotel to see if it had been left there. It was not found but I was very impressed with the lady in housekeeping that tried to help me locate it. She called me back to let me know that she had checked carefully and did not find it. I had called other places that I had been and did not get that kind of help. I really appreciate that she tried very hard to help me.”

“Great location conveniently located in the Western Suburbs of St. Louis. Quiet accommodations with easy-access self-parking or valet service. Rooms and common areas are clean and mostly comfortable, although the mattress in our room was old and hard. It left me crippled in the morning. A mattress cover won't compensate for that.”

“Nice hotel. The lighting in the bathroom area was dark and made it hard to put on makeup. Also the layout of the room was awkward. The TV was sideways to the bed. You had to look sideways to watch TV. The room itself was nice with good bedding and it was clean.”
