• Outstanding service by shuttle driver, bell hops, food, room delivery, desk staff. Exceptional
• I wish there had been a mini bar in the room. I arrived late and did not want to go to the bar, but wanted an alcoholic beverage.

“The hotel far exceeded my expectations for what I was looking for based on price. Everything was exceptional. The king sized bed was a welcome relief after a long day of travel.”

• Very comfortable beds and large rooms.
• High prices in restaurant.

“The Renaissance Hotel at the St. Louis airport is a well appointed, upscale, hotel. The guest rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. There are two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor, both of which are very well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance.”

• Bathroom poorly designed, uncomfortable beds, extra cost of internet access and parking a rip-off.

• The rooms were large and the bed was extremely comfortable!!.
• The food was expensive.

“This is a classy hotel with a cozy feeling. I found it was cleaner and had a more inviting feeling than similarly priced hotels in the area. At night, the parking lot was well lit and staff was visible. I enjoyed my stay and I would stay at this hotel again.”

• Excellent soundproofing, right on the end of the runway, but no aircraft noise at all.
• Within its class hard to fault.

“Probably the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in. Perfect location for interstates and airport, no aircraft noise, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, decent bar and food. What more could one want?”

“Other than the fact that the parking lot was confusing (like a maze) and there was a parking fee, this is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The hotel lobby and room were clean, contemporary, and spacious.”

• This hotel had everything we needed, restaurants, lounge, pools and location.
• The only thing was, every once in a while you would hear the airplanes, but not too bad.

“This hotel was great. It had everything. 2 pools, restaurants, a very friendly staff. The hotel was not more than 25 min. from everything we wanted to do in st.louis. The pool was open late which after a long day in town was great for us and the kids. We really enjoyed our stay.”

• The people were the most helpful and friendly people I've ever met !

“This hotel is in a very good location, close to everything a person need to get to(stores, airport,freeway,ect...) the pool was clean and so were the rooms.the landscape was kept beautifuly. I also would recommend breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant.”

• The indoor and outdoor pools were excellent
• Parking was a little challenging, and airplanes could be heard at times

“Great place to stay. Despite it's close proximity to the airport, the air traffic noise wasn't as bad as expected. The indoor and outdoor pools were great and it was easy to get to.”

“The hotel was very clean and the staff was great and let not for get the bellman that was outside to greet you in heat as high as 100 degree in St.Louis Mo that weekend. They never complain about anything each time i saw the the 5days 4night we stayed at the hotel. ”
