• Elevator was dirty.

“I only stayed 1 night with a party of 9 & we had 2 rooms that were separated by several rooms.”

• Shuttle to airport convenient.
• Difficult to get supplies replenished, unfriendly staff.

“The staff at the hotel was not overly friendly and seemed put out when asked a question. In order to get coffee for our second day and enough washcloths for our family of 4 to have our own we had to make a special trip to the front desk. (After requesting the items early in the day) The on site restaurant staff was slow. Evening staff complained about being tired. Morning staff was unorganized. 2 mornings in a row they were out of menu items for breakfast. One evening the restaurant closed early. One morning it was not open at all. We later discovered a continental breakfast had been served in the lobby but there were no signs posted or other notifications. The TV had bad reception and limited channels (We get more channels and better reception with only our rabbit ears at home.).”

• No on site restaurant.

• Everything looked really nice and was really clean.
• The area was a little sketchy.

“I think this hotel is great for business travelers. Once I was in the hotel I felt safe and well taken care of. I was a little nervous because contacts in from the area told me I shouldn't plan to leave the hotel at night on my own.”

• Close to airport.
• A horrible overall stay- dirty and gross.

“We stayed at this hotel in DEC 05 and it was dirty- no phone in room, mold all over shower, no hot water, trash in halls, very loud noises, people doing drugs in the hallway and other people being hauled out by the police at 2 am. It was horrible- I¿m shocked to find such good reviews from that time period- I had heard it changed owners and was trying to see if anyone had any recent stays there.”
