• The customer service when I checked in was outstanding!
• I thought I was going to get lost coming from my car to my hotel room.

“Very friendly staff and excellent room condition. Even though it was located right by an airport I barely noticed any noise. Would recommend to anyone!”

• The quality of the rooms were great.

• The room was clean, 99% of the staff was friendly and very helpful.
• The clerk at the desk when we checked in on Friday evening was rude. The ice machines were not conveniently located.

“Except for the rudeness of the desk clerk our stay at the Airport Hilton was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and they have a nice swimming pool and whirlpool.”

• Nice upgrades on the room.

“We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Our room was spacious and the furnishings and decor was pleasing. It had a contemporary traditional feel. The bedding was very comfy. The bathroom had granite and marble with a speakman showerhead that you could actually rinse your hair with. There were also Crabtree and Evelyn amenities - very nice! We will definitely go back to this hotel when needing to stay near the airport.”

• Pool and the room was beautiful.
• No vending machines!

“Very lovely staff and room. Lobby was a bit odd with make shift ramps. But tasteful breakfast buffet was pricey, $17.50. No vending machines near our room. Hotel shuttle took us to the airport and back. Parking was $12. Pool is indoors, but large sliding glass doors open onto a large patio.”

• Pretty rooms, nice staff.
• Noisy, no microwave, or fridge in room, ice maker on floor broken down.

“Over all nice hotel, Cleaning supplies left in hallways night and day had to work our luggage around that. Ice maker broken. Great breakfast. Pretty rooms.”

• We had a great view of the airport and the interstate.
• The pool was closed due to a storm they had, so that is understandable.

• The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
• They charged $10 a day for parking.

“The St. Louis Hilton Airport Hotel was extremely nice with an outstanding staff. My only complaint is that they charge $10 a day for parking. This seems unusual, and the guests are not forewarned about the charge.”

• Beautiful interior yet not too pricy.
• Pool was shut down because someone vomited; reopened next morning.

“My family and I had a really nice time. The hotel's interior is quite luxurious, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely visit another Hilton Hotel.”

• Airport shuttle was great. Bar rooms cozy.
• My tub had not been cleaned and the next day housekeeping didn't even show up.

“Over all they can add more options to the menu and dessert would have been nice. When I checked in they checked me out the next day and couldn't get in my room. Had to carry my golf clubs all the way back to lobby to get keys activated again.”

• The remodeling choices in decor are very nice.
• The air conditioner blows directly on you while in bed.

“The remodeling is 99.5% done from the areas we saw. They just need to clean off some tape marks here and there. Very nice! It was quiet even for being near the airport. Room was a little on the small side. Parking was good. Room was cleaned well daily. The staff is friendly if you initiate conversation, otherwise they leave you alone. Hotel experience was good. Very pleased.”

“The room was great, new furnishings and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff when I checked in did not seem interested in helping me at all. The staff person who checked me out was very friendly and professional. The only bad thing was the parking lot - very large with along way to walk.”

• Hotel staff was terrible. Took an hour and 15 minutes to get checked in.

“Do not stay here it took an hour and fifteen minutes to be checked in. After being cut in front of in line to be checked in about 10 times, we finally got checked in, and the staff was not friendly at that point at all.”

• Lovely hotel facilities.
• Room in tower, two becoming frayed; pool hot tub didn't work; hated the extra charges for what should have been free amenities.

“They charge extra for parking and in room wireless Internet. Seems only the upscale get away with this; all the cheap interstate hotels offer free internet wireless in the rooms.”
