• Wireless internet access.
• Bed was very stiff and the pillows were soft.

“If you need a place to stay, I would recommend this place. However, I would probably stay next store and stay in the Dury Inn.”

• Very reasonably priced, clean, free WIFI, and near my work.
• Tiny room. Spartan.

“In a "business park" like setting near strip malls and busy highways. Up on a hill, in a quiet spot. A very nondescript, no-frills establishment. It provides a comfortable place to sleep, a small work area in the room and a friendly staff to look after your needs and answer your questions. If price is a driver, this is a good choice.”

• The hot water in the shower worked and the room provided an iron.
• Desk clerk refused to give me a receipt. I was upgraded to a pull out couch. Continental breakfast slim- to-none.

“I had asked a room with two queen beds for four adults, a week ahead of my day of arrival. I was told that I had been up-graded to a suite. I do not consider a pull out couch for a bed as an up-grade. The breakfast consisted of oatmeal and frozen waffles - no milk - no juice - no coffee. When I was ready to leave.”

• It was close to destination.
• Room was too small, was not clean, bed not clean and bedspread had big rip in it.

“The staff at check in and on departure was very polite and helpful. The room was so small we didn't even have a good chair to set in. The sheets had hairs on them and the bedspread had a big rip in it. The bathroom floors were nasty and sticky to walk on with no shoes. Will not ever stay at that hotel again. It should have been half the price of what we had to pay to stay there. Not pleased at all.”

• Easy access to the interstate.
• Rooms could be cleaned better. Our room went 2 days without maid service and even then it was only adequate.

“It is an ok place to stay. Our room was very cramped so if you have more than one person, really try to get at least a double room. We had a queen and it was very tight for my husband, myself, and my 8 year old son (who slept on the floor). The continental breakfast was very basic (cereal and toast/bagels.) They also offered a hot breakfast which was sausage gravy and biscuits. This was offered every day for our stay. A little variety would have been nice.”

• The staff was the greatest for helping on this business trip and the bed was comfortable, too.
• The room smelled musty and moldy when I first arrived in the room.

“The customer service was outstanding. The front desk staff was most helpful in helping us to get around that part of Missouri. The rooms smelled musty and moldy when you first arrived, but the rooms were clean and the beds were most comfortable.”

• The staff was polite and accommodating.
• Full wall mirror behind bed, rickety TV stand, tiny room, noisy.

“The staff was nice and accommodated our needs but the room was very small, the entire wall behind the bed was a mirror which seemed very low class and tacky. The TV was on top of a slanted 6ft cabinet on a swivel and every time we pushed the "on" button the whole thing wobbled around and we felt like it was going to fall on our head. The walls were paper thin and you could hear noises from everywhere. Some of the light bulbs were burned out in the room. There were cobwebs in the bathroom. The bed was horrendously uncomfortable and had rubber sheets under the bed sheets. It sounded and felt like we were sleeping atop a balloon. There were only 2 pillows on the bed and both of them were paper thin. The complimentary lobby computer was broken, though; judging the age of the computer it probably wasn't very useful anyway. The location was very nice. It was close to highways and it was surrounded by many eateries and other useful places. Overall we were happy but disappointed with the room.”

• Everyone was informative, very friendly and accommodating.
• The hard mattresses and the people in the next room on 2/16 slamming the door constantly from about 12 am until 1:45 am.
