• Very friendly staff.
• Our room ran out of toilet paper.

“The hotel was exactly what we needed. It had to be close to the airport, plus we needed two double non-smoking rooms, and one of them had to be ADA accessible to accommodate my in-laws. We got all three. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast bar was limited but the food was fresh and good. And when we ran out of waffle batter, the staff quickly replenished. The late check-out helped us from having to rush around. All in all, I feel I had plenty for the price.”

• Friendly service, clean and neat, good value for the $.
• The TV reception, certain channels has a lot of static.

“Rather convenient location. Good pick up service, friendly drivers and staff. Clean and neat rooms. Decent breakfast for free. Shuttle service is better than cab!”

• Check in was "no hassle", staff was nice and helpful, room was clean.
• No exhaust fan in bathroom.

“Hotel was close to attractions we were visiting. Location was quiet even though it is near the airport. Restaurants nearby. We will consider using this service again.”

• The staff was excellent. They were courteous and prompt. What ever I needed they provided. I like having access to a computer and coffee and tea.
• The hotel didn't rate as well as other Laquinta I have stayed at. The hotel rooms need serious updating. The old decor and bed linens were very old.

“I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was excellent and very helpful. In the add it stated all rooms come with fridges and micro-waves not true. I received a room with those amenities but was told it was no guarantee. The van service was prompt and the driver very courteous. The staff was great and would stay there again. The rooms need some serious updating.”

• I really didn't see anything bad about the hotel.

• Very good continental breakfast. Nice pool.
• No non-smoking rooms available, pillow smelled of stale smoke.

“Very nice hotel with better than average staff and breakfast. Location was good but had construction (road repair) going on around it that made it seem like it was in a poor area. The bathroom fan didn't work (a must for a room with no window).”

• The room had a mini-fridge and a microwave.
• The street leading up to the hotel was only one lane due to construction.

“Great comfort for the money spent. The staff was friendly and my room came with a small microwave and a mini-fridge. The beds were comfortable enough for me to sleep uninterrupted through the night. Breakfast was offered, but I opted to sleep in instead.”

• It was perfect for what we needed.
• Hallway and elevator was pretty dirty.

“The hotel was perfect for a lilt family get-away, The price was great, and the rooms were very clean, the beds were comfy and we were very glad they had microwave/and refrigerator that was nice.”

• Vending machines out of water.

“We needed a place to stay and park for an early morning flight. The staff and shuttle drivers were all very friendly. The only problem I encountered was a lack of water in the vending machines that were operating - one was out of order. But I did find a water cooler in the exercise room. We would stay here again if we had an early flight and would be gone long enough for the parking to be worth the cost of the stay.”

• The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.
• The shower faucet came off.

“Easy access to the airport via the hotel shuttle. Park and fly was very convenient. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly.”

• Easy airport access and free shuttle.
• Shuttle left me stranded at airport because I needed it just before 11PM.

“Close to Airport, reasonably priced property. This is NOT a luxury accommodation and has dirty carpets in common areas. Staff are not unpleasant, but do not strive for top shelf satisfaction either. I'll choose someplace else next time. My experience was tainted by the fact that I was stranded by the shuttle hours and had to use a taxi to get to the hotel at 10:45PM. They did not even offer to pick up the taxi fare.”
