“Very clean and comfortable room with a nice bed and friendly staff. The only downfall was the pool was not ready so my child could not go swimming. Very secure all the external doors required a key card to get in. Nice continental breakfast in the morning. I would recommend for anyone to stay here and would stay again.”

“I was greeted by very friendly hotel staff but was rather disappointed in being assigned a room with a window looking into the parking garage but didn't complain due to my short stay. The friendly greeting made up for a nonfunctioning phone link from the airport to the hotel for the shuttle service that required my paying for a taxi. The hotel amenities and location were also adequate for business purposes. Overall the location near the airport was good for business and my memory is mostly of the very friendly staff.”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The shuttle driver was rude and only made a round every thirty minutes, the room was so dark you could not read since they use energy saving fluorescent bulbs, the "bistro" food was microwavable junk, the employees took up the two computers in the business room for clients much of the time, the continental breakfast had virtually nothing, the parking lot was dark and spooky. Not youre typical Best Western.”

“My husband and I chose this best western for Its "park-n-fly" feature and low cost. The hotel was a little shabby, but seemed clean. Breakfast was great, and the airport shuttle delivered us promptly at 6:30 a.m. as we requested. However, when we returned from vacation at 8 p.m. and called for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport, no one ever showed up. We called three times, and were assured each time that the driver was on his way. After an hour, a shuttle driver for holiday Inn took pity on us and drove us to the best western. (It's only 5 minutes away.) When we arrived at the hotel, there were two shuttle vans parked In the lot, and a driver was hanging out In the lobby talking. We were angry, tired and disgusted. I'm sure we'll never stay there again. Very poor service.”
