• Free drinks and cooked to order breakfast.
• Bathroom sink smelled like the sewer was backing up.

“Excellent accommodations besides the sewer smell in the bathroom sink at times. Loved the happy hour and cooked to order breakfast. It made the stay! The shuttle to the Metro was excellent and the driver was very nice.”

• More coffee needed in room.

• Loud people having a party till 2am.

“The stay was great until 2nd night. We had great breakfasts for the family, fun at the pool, played billiards w/ the kids.2nd night, the room next door had a party. over 8 people from 11pm to 2am) We called security 3 times. The third time was the charm and they finally got rid of the extra "guests". This should have been dealt with by the 2nd call. We were apologized to, but offered no remuneration.”

• Convenient to airport, but not right by it.
• Given a smoking room even though reserved a non-smoking room, without being told of the change.

“Hard to rate due to the smoking room when I'd reserved a non-smoking room. Staff didn't notify me of this change until I called down from the smelly room and was told that the hotel was full.”

• Free alcoholic beverages from 5-7:30 pm and a wonderful free hot breakfast buffet. Both were delicious.
• The bathrooms could have been cleaner.

• The morning transfer from the hotel to the airport was excellent 5-30 am the driver very nice.
• I thought being embassy suites we'd have had better snacks for happy hour.

“Overall, this hotel is older but for a airport hotel it was good still a little expensive but I would stay there again.”

• I liked the layout of the suite.
• No free internet access.

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, changing our room to a non-smoking room and to a room where we would have a view of the airport to watch plans taking off and landing.”

“Location to airport was great, suite very roomy. Staff was very unhelpful. Wanted to add on the park and ride to airport but had to press for information on the availability of it and was then finally told I could not add it on. Supposedly I had to ask for it when making a reservation. Cannot believe that the hotel would turn down extra revenue! The lack of enthusiasm for the counter staff help was very apparent. There was one gentleman that appeared later that seem to be more helpful.”

• Very friendly staff, comp evening drinks and breakfast, nice.
• One road access, if you missed your exit, which we did you had to find your way back to the entrance.

• Dirt in the hot tub.

“Overall satisfactory for purposes intended. Hotel was full and there were allot of children (looked like ballgames). A little difficult to Navigate on roadways as not accessible from both directions. Pool seemed ok. Exercise equipment great. Cleaning in pool area lacking. Hot tub water dirt floating in it.”

“There were no forks, cups, plates or food at breakfast time. My family member cut his foot in the hot tub and they did nothing to "make it a better stay". The hotel manager Jennifer is a complete airhead. I would really like for someone to contact me on these matters! (217) 428-1528.”

• The full breakfast was wonderful. The suites were nice a roomy. The bathroom was big enough to actually get ready in.
• I wish it had two beds rather than one bed with one sofa sleeper couch.
