• Hallway stinks, tub drain cover removed, need some upgrades.

• Clean, I loved the kitchenette in the room.
• The staff at the front was nice and helpful, but not always there. I had to wait a long time for someone to show up so I could check out.

• The kitchen.
• Old, shabby, mattress on pullout sofa was nasty.

“I was very disappointed and would not recommend this site to anyone. May be if you were homeless. The walls are in need of painting; the mattress on the pullout couch was nasty, uncomfortable and should definitely be trashed. The location was not easy to find since it sits behind other large hotels.”

• It's located near the airport & places to eat.
• Lack of amenities.

“The first night we were there, our room flooded from a leak in the bathroom ceiling and we were moved into a smaller room. The bathrooms were not clean enough for me and because of it's location, there was only one way in and out which made access from the opposite direction very difficult. Even though staff was somewhat accommodating, they, for the most part, did not seem happy to be there. I would not recommend a stay there on a vacation as leisure trip.”

“This hotel did not supply shampoo. I forgot mine at home. Also, I forgot to pack my cell phone charger when I was leaving the hotel. When I got home I called them the next day to let them know. This was June 30. They said that they usually keep things that are left for thirty days and then destroy them. I asked them if they could mail it to me. They said that is not their usual practice put the manger said that he would. I called them for 3 weeks every Monday and talked to the manager. The last time I talked to him he said that he would mail it out to me that day. That was July 21st. I have not seen it to this day 8-10-2008 and since it is past the original 30 days I guess I will have to just buy me a new one. I will not stay at this hotel in the future.”

• Fair price, close to airport with shuttle available.
• Lobby & hallways were dirty.

“Overall, not as bad as I expected from other reviews. Room was clean but hallways and common areas were not quite clean. Staff was friendly. There was a shuttle from the other hotel next door that picked us up & returned us to our car 5 days later. The bed only had sheets and a bedspread, but no real blanket. There was a small burn hole in the bedspread, nothing major.”

• The price was reasonable.
• Location was awful. Observed a roach and spider inside bathroom.

“If you missed the exit you would have to travel 3 or 4 miles before reaching an exit to turn around. Bugs (roaches/spiders) were observed crawling inside the room, made me nervous while I was sleeping.”

• Loved the cracked tile and lack of garbage can.
• Everything. Very disappointed.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was unfriendly, short-tempered, and vindictive. The maids cleaned the room poorly, and the room itself was shabby at best. The bed was broken, the shower head wobbled all around, the tile floor was cracked and broken.”

• It was close to our event in St. Louis.
• Only 1 double bed.

“Rooms were old, felt dirty, stains in the toilets, and they gave me the creeps. The last hotel room had a coffee maker & no cups! And the hotel lacks comfort when there is only 1 bed. The standard room should be 2 beds or 1 king bed. The extended stay hotels are not 2 stars; barely a 1 star. I've been very pleased in the past and have told many friends & family, but now I'm spreading the word to be cautious because of the possibility of getting one of these extended stay hotels.”

• The room was dingy and smoky.

“This is a good hotel if you're looking for just a place to sleep at night. There were no amenities and the front desk was usually closed. The staff was not particularly helpful or polite.”

“The room was left dirty from the previous guest (trash - milk containers and pizza boxes were found under the sink) and one of the large burner was not working. There were not enough dishes for a family of four (2 plates, 2 bowels, 2 coffee mugs, 1 drink cup, 2 each of knives, forks, spoons). There were no cooking utensils (rubber spatulas, large spoons) and only one pot. The rest of the room was what we had expected. If you are traveling with your spouse or on business this is the motel for you. Make sure you take extra dishes and dish soap from home.”

• No shuttles before 8 am or after 8 pm, very dirty, uneducated help.
