• The room was spacious and beautiful.
• Sound insulation was terrible.

“The hotel was nice overall. It's very close to the airport and the highway. Sleeping was difficult because of people slamming doors and children running up and down the hallway late into the night. Our trash can had not been emptied from the previous guest. A nice hotel overall, but definitely has some shortcomings.”

• Great pool, shuttle, room and one front desk person who was extra-accommodating.
• No promised breakfast. I had 9 people to buy breakfast for when I understood it was provided.

“It's a beautiful hotel and my girl scouts loved it. But we were really dismayed when we were told we needed a coupon to get breakfast or pay $13 a piece. Because of this we missed our first appointment and had to pay more than anticipated there. It left a bad impression after a really nice stay.”

• Restaurant waitress had attitudes and poor customer service.

• I was surprised at the qualities of this hotel for a 3 star.
• The Fridays restaurant food was bland at best but I have found this at other locations too.

“For a 3 star they did an excellent job. I have stayed in supposed 4 5 star places that did not come close to the level of service and cleanliness of this place. Great place for kids too. I'll be back.”

• The open areas design and recreation facilities.
• No refrigerator in room. Not easy access to hotel from highway.

“I usually prefer Crown Plaza to other hotels. The environment was great for the kids in the swimming pool. I like the gym next to it. If you do not know the area, it is easy to miss the entrance to the hotel. In general, I like and would come back.”

• The front desk/restaurant staff was humbly accommodating.
• Did not provide fresh towels one night after calling the front desk twice.

“The hotel was acceptable. The staffs made me feel appreciated. The location is close to shopping/dining, but not well for walking. The housekeeping and lack of restaurant options were the disappointing parts of the stay. The only choice of food is Fridays.”

• Location. Morning staff very helpful.
• Kids running about until 1:00 a.m. in the morning.

“Most things here is very good, but you can't have family reunions that last all night with kids running throughout the hallways and expect those who travel early the next morning to be happy with the stay.”

• It was in a good location and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was very nice on the inside.
• The rooms were not as nice as you would think looking in the lobby, but still satisfied.

“I liked the hotel and the staff was extremely friendly with one exception with room service. The inside was nice in the lobby and outside appearance. Would probably recommend to others.”

• Spacious rooms.
• Broken mirror on closet, iron didn't work, asked for queen bed, and got 2 twin beds.

“Great location, close to the airport. The insides were wide open and provided an open, airy feeling. The rooms were oversized, so felt like there was plenty of space. Downsides included a charge for internet usage, a broken mirror I had to worry about falling apart and an iron that barely warmed up. Minor inconveniences for an enjoyable stay.”

• The pool was well attended to, and the open view w/ the water was very pretty.
• We had to wait over an hour at the airport for the shuttle bus even after calling. We got ride from a holiday inn shuttle, ours was still @ hotel.

“The hotel was very nice, but the shuttle service was awful. It ruined our evening.”

• Only thing is the desk clerks seemed to be friendly.
• Hotel restaurant served breakfast only, there were no other services. If one ate at the hotel it was at a toga Fridays. Lounges were all closed.

“If you are interested in eating at the hotel, then you better like the Fridays. That is the only available food in the hotel, with the exception of breakfast which is buffet, with a limited choice.”

• Roomy and comfortable.
• We left a day early and the desk clerk told me I had to pay for the 2 days we had reserved. Of course, I refused to pay for the day I did not use.

“The front desk clerk did not seem to know her job really well. Of course, we will think twice bedsore we book there again.”

• Room was very clean.
• Road construction near the ramp.

“My daughter and I attended the Rascal Flats concert on Saturday evening and found our on ramp closed due to paving of the road. We drove around for 30 minutes trying to find a back way in. After the 3rd time passing the hotel we went through the construction cones and went on in. That is no fault of the hotel but still wonder if there was another way in. We couldn't find it.”

• The cleanness and the simplicity.
• No continental breakfast included with room.

“The hotel, in general, was nice, but being that it was to supposed to be a romantic night, the hot tub was broken. Waking up with a breakfast before we left was part of the plan but we would to have had to pay for it, to which we left early to go to a nearby restaurant for the price they wanted for a bagel.”

• Great beds and free parking during brief air trip.
• Unable to reach hotel after trip to call shuttle bus. Also, Cardinal game not on TV.

“Excellent hotel. Will use again when traveling despite being unable to reach them from the airport when trying to call re. shuttle. Hard to complain when overnight parking was free.”
