• Coffee pot had never been cleaned and the floors had never been mopped in bathroom area.

“These people who are hired to clean the rooms need to earn their keep. I had to wash the coffee pot out myself and the floor was sticky in the bathroom. Someone needs to address this.”

• It was not noisy and people left us alone.
• I wanted to go into the hot tub and it was out of order.

“It's a great place to just get away. But it was not upscale at all. Something quick on the spot kind a place. Which the hot tub would have worked.”

• The Italian restaurant next door.
• The indoor pool water was freezing, thought it was heated.

“The breakfast was nice, but was nicer when I stayed here in previous years. The indoor pool water temperature was freezing and my son (11 years old) did not get to enjoy the swimming pool. We thought the pool was heated.”

• Bed was very comfortable.
• Access to the pool was inconvenient.

“Lobby and room were very clean. When checking in, the desk clerk was not very helpful in explaining what the hotel had to offer. On the sidewalk in front of our room door, there was a big "hump" of broken concrete covered by the carpet. I thought this was very dangerous for somebody stepping into/out of the room. As we were walking back to our room after dinner, I fell flat on my back in the parking lot/sidewalk area due to the snow/slush not being removed. We reported it to the front office, who said they would make a report. When we left the next morning, nothing had been down to remedy the problem. When it was mentioned to the check-out clerk, he seemed uninterested in the situation. Pool access was horrible. Would have to walk outside in the cold to get to the pool and back to your room. Was almost overtaken by the chlorine smell and steam when we walked into the pool area to check it out. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.”

• Great location.
• The toilet needs upgraded, room is small.

“The hotel was very clean. I think the front desk person needs to let you know more about the amenities of the hotel. The internet connection was fair. Room was small for a double bed, had to walk around the desk because it was too close to the bed to get to the bathroom. Bathroom was lacking, toilet needs upgraded. Cleaning staff very nice!”

• The bed was comfortable.
• Bath room had a urine odor, chair covers are terribly stained, seemed unclean look to this hotel.

“Cost was too high for the quality of this hotel. The place really needs a facelift.”

• Was disappointed, left the Saturday morning to find different hotel.
• Did not like pool area, dirty, felt like a really cheap hotel.

“I would not stay at this place again, across town, (15 minute drive) we found a classy hotel for only 5.00 more, well worth it, the quality inn should have been a 35.00 hotel.”

• Easy access to interstate.
• hotel room bathroom and pool facilities could have been cleaner.

“Not being a experienced traveler, and traveling alone with my 5 year old daughter made me nervous. I was relieved to be able to find this hotel easily from the interstate and happy that I could gain access back to the interstate without a problem. This hotel seemed to be in a descent part of town and I was happy to see other families staying here as well. My daughter was thrilled that the pool stayed open from 8 AM to 11 PM. We did have problem with our room card not unlocking our door both days of our stay, but the people at the front desk assisted us quickly and apologized for our inconvenience.”

• Internet service was great.
• The room looked liked it had been broken into many times.

“It needs some good quality maintenance. The door was on its last leg the AC unit was propped up with some two by fours. Not a bad place.”
