• Great location.
• Filled with kids that slammed doors starting at 5:30 AM.

“The hotel itself was nice. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. This place was packed with families, which is not normally a problem. But, we attended a party and got home at 1 AM Starting at 5:30 AM and not stopping until we left at 10 AM, kids were running up and down the halls yelling, crying, and laughing. Unsupervised. The doors kept slamming. I actually yelled "please keep it down" to no avail. By the way, I have never done that before because I am pretty laid back. It seems we were on the floor of a family reunion or something and the adults forgot to supervise their kids. I would have been fine with all the noise at 7 AM, even, but 5 AM was too early. We will never go back there.”

• Pool was wonderful for small children.
• Nothing.

“Wonderful hotel near zoo and 6 flags. Great pool, especially for small children (kiddy pool and playground). Breakfast was really good. I would stay here again.”

“Good location near Kirkwood. Easy access to Downtown on Interstate 44. Clean friendly staff. Continental breakfast. Large rooms.”

• Front desk staff could be forgetful; one clerk was rather rude. Others were just fine/polite.

• Staff was rude at check in.

“This hotel was rated as a 2, I felt it should have been rated a little higher. It was nice and the location was very good.”

• Liked the Chile's connected to hotel.
• Breakfast was disappointing.

“Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Having the Chile's right there was very nice. I will stay again when in the St. Louis area.”
