  • The bed was very comfortable ..
  • We were surprised how old the hotel was although the hotel clerk said they are remodeling.

“The hotel just looks old although as stated above, the room was comfortable and the bed was also.”

  • The price, location, and accommodations were all on target for what we were looking for.
  • Closest ice machine did not work, however, was able to use one on another floor.

“Hotel, overall, was priced appropriately. Staff were pleasant, accommodations as expected. Pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax in the evening.”

  • Free, easy to use internet.
  • Poor view, key cards didn't work, few electrical outlets.

“Slightly run down Holiday Inn that has seen better days,”

  • Convenient to Magic House, Grant Farm, etc.
  • Pool was dated and not well kept. Bottom of pool was painted rough concrete. Some small pieces of concrete had dislodged. I have scratches on feet.

“Rooms were dated but nice. Pool was not well kept.”

  • It felt very safe and family
    friendly.
  • Bathroom was a little small.

“Nice place to stay on a budget with a nice pool area and a friendly desk staff.”

  • Convenient to Interstate, clean room, good bed.
  • Main floor hallway carpet was very dirty and hallway on this floor smelled like cigarette smoke.

“Would stay again. Good value and convenient, with nice linens and comfortable bed. Room was clean and odor free.”

  • The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking was good. It was a good price.
  • The shower was beginning to have mold grow in the corners (just a little bit). The double queen rooms were quite small. Needs continental breakfast.

“This was overall an above average hotel. It did not exceed my expectations but it was better than most. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

  • Comfortable bed.
  • Noisy.

“Good location, comfortable, well worth the price I received through Priceline.”

  • It was close to local attractions that we visited.
  • Little to no security.

“We stayed in a handi-capped room. It was terrible. For wheel chair access, they simple cut a part out of the face of the sink area and installed a hand rail on the toilet that forced you to sit at an odd angle on the toilet.”

  • Staff was friendly, comfortable beds.
  • Lobby smelled bad, no continental breakfast.

“This hotel was alright for a quick overnight stay. They do not offer a continental breakfast. The lobby area had a bad odor. It smelled old and musty like a nursing home. The bathroom was tiny although the room was updated. It is difficult to make these old hotels up to par with the new ones.”

“Not a 3 star hotel. Only had one dining facility (for breakfast only). This dining room was inconveniently located on the other side of the hotel away from the lobby and elevators. I don't normally do surveys but felt it was important for Priceline to know that this hotel does not even come close to being a 3 star hotel.”

  • The swimming pool and hot tub were clean.
  • The bathroom was tiny and mildew in the corners!

“Staff were friendly, pool area is clean, rooms are small, bathrooms even smaller, mildew in the corners of bathtub and
noise level from hallway was pretty loud.”

  • Hair fan in the bathroom, complimentary coffee, iron with ironing board.
  • The hotel is getting old and needs minor repairs, leaks and little cracks.

“Very nice place, great location, everything you need is right there, hair fan, iron, complimentary coffee, friendly staff. It does not have a microwave and a fridge in the room. The other disappointment for us was the fact
the pool closes at 10pm.”

  • Was very easy access to and from I-44 highway and very comfortable room.

“I was very pleased, after driving for 10 hours, to park, check in and get settled in my room.”

“This is the second time
I stayed in this hotel within a 3 week period. First room was nicer but it was just fiancé and I with King size bed second time we did have our 3 kids and 2 full size beds.”

  • Clerk at front desk - The BEST!
  • A bug on my pillow.

“I trust Holiday Inn, it was convenient to my needs, most of all, the front desk was excellent. I did see a bug on my pillow and that distressed me. I slept in my coat. We were there for a funeral, no time to switch hotels or rooms.”

  • Suite with fridge, microwave, and king bed.
  • There was a convention of bowlers who partied outside my window in the parking lot.

“Quite comfortable suite, breakfast in the restaurant was good. Parking was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

  • It was conveniently located.
  • Our room smelled like cigarette smoke terribly, the bed felt like we were sleeping on
    cardboard box!

“We were very unhappy with our first room, when they moved us the next day the next room was a little better but the bathroom was the size of a closet!”

  • The rooms were clean and pretty quiet.
  • The shower was slow to drain

“I would stay here again. The area seemed to be pretty safe and there are a few restaurants too choose from. Has easy access to the I-44 as well. My only complaint was the shower drained slowly. Maybe they can buy some drain-o?”

  • The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
  • The maid comes too early in the morning. I was awaken both mornings by her.

“I thought the hotel was in a good location, surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The rooms were your standard hotel room, nothing too special. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Don't forget to put your do not disturb sign out at night if you want to sleep in. The housekeeping comes too early in my opinion.”
