“We stayed in a handi-capped room. It was terrible. For wheel chair access, they simple cut a part out of the face of the sink area and installed a hand rail on the toilet that forced you to sit at an odd angle on the toilet.”

“This hotel was alright for a quick overnight stay. They do not offer a continental breakfast. The lobby area had a bad odor. It smelled old and musty like a nursing home. The bathroom was tiny although the room was updated. It is difficult to make these old hotels up to par with the new ones.”

“Not a 3 star hotel. Only had one dining facility (for breakfast only). This dining room was inconveniently located on the other side of the hotel away from the lobby and elevators. I don't normally do surveys but felt it was important for Priceline to know that this hotel does not even come close to being a 3 star hotel.”

“Staff were friendly, pool area is clean, rooms are small, bathrooms even smaller, mildew in the corners of bathtub and
noise level from hallway was pretty loud.”

“Very nice place, great location, everything you need is right there, hair fan, iron, complimentary coffee, friendly staff. It does not have a microwave and a fridge in the room. The other disappointment for us was the fact
the pool closes at 10pm.”

“I trust Holiday Inn, it was convenient to my needs, most of all, the front desk was excellent. I did see a bug on my pillow and that distressed me. I slept in my coat. We were there for a funeral, no time to switch hotels or rooms.”

“We were very unhappy with our first room, when they moved us the next day the next room was a little better but the bathroom was the size of a closet!”

“I would stay here again. The area seemed to be pretty safe and there are a few restaurants too choose from. Has easy access to the I-44 as well. My only complaint was the shower drained slowly. Maybe they can buy some drain-o?”

“I thought the hotel was in a good location, surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The rooms were your standard hotel room, nothing too special. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Don't forget to put your do not disturb sign out at night if you want to sleep in. The housekeeping comes too early in my opinion.”
