• Room's cleanliness.
• Unkempt and unsightly around exterior of facility.

“I would probably stay here again, but when we pulled onto parking lot I initially felt we had made a bad decision. The hotel parking lot is very unsightly (grease spots everywhere). We felt the room was very clean though and decided to stay as planned.”

• Bed was super comfortable and shower had great pressure, room was large, free popcorn and cookies.
• Small pool was infested with mosquitoes and drunk people, Lied online about in-room movies, far too expensive.

“For the price I felt like the least I deserved was a quick swim in the pool. We waited for a long time in the lobby till they left only to find out that the pool was infested with billions of mosquitoes. There was no chlorine in the stinky slimy water, and no bug control of any kind. Pool pump was not even on. Everything else in the little town closes early so there was nothing for us to do but hang out in the hotel. Which was supposed to have in-room movies not that either. Breakfast foods were picked over and the only healthier offering (fruit) they had was gone. I asked for more to be answered with a sharp, no, we don't have anymore. I have stayed at much nicer resort. And I didn't come home scratching like mad trying to gain some relief from all of the mosquito bites. Speaking of scratching. Someone had a dog in the hotel that barked insistently every time anyone would walk by the room and every time a phone in the hotel would ring.”

• Location and convenience.

“Everything went well with my stay. Spouse and children enjoyed also. Enjoyed breakfast and availability of coffee all day. Being double billed on my credit card ruined everything.”

“This hotel exceeded expectations. When picking a hotel on-line you never are quite sure what you'll end up with. The room was clean and very well-equipped. The breakfast impressed us the most, we were not expecting waffles, sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits!!!! This was an exceptional value!!!”
