• We liked breakfasts and the restaurant was very expensive.

• The room was very nice.
• We liked everything.

“The clerk that checked us in was excellent. She was very helpful. Our room was so nice and clean. We were on ground level with a small patio that had a table and 2 chairs. It was great to sit outside. The bathroom was so clean.”

• I loved the balcony and courtyard. Very nice!
• I was disappointed that there was no Continental Breakfast.

“This hotel is in a wonderful location if you want to be near Westport Plaza. It is also extremely close to the new Page Extension, so getting to St. Charles was quick & painless.”

• Poor location. Dirty drinking glasses in room.

• Great staff, clean, nice rooms, indoor pool.
• The breakfast buffet is way overpriced!

“I stayed here with my toddler while visiting family. It was a great location, nice rooms, and the indoor pool was a big plus (although it was a tad bit over-chlorinated). The big negative was no continental breakfast included. They do have a buffet for breakfast but you have to pay extra for it. It was pretty expensive! The rooms come with micro fridges, so after paying too much for their breakfast I went to the Trader Joe's nearby and stocked up on milk, yogurt, fruit, etc. Overall I would recommend this place - just know ahead of time that breakfast is going to cost you about $20 for 2 people.”

“This hotel was very nice. We have stayed here before and it is consistently top notch. We actually like it better than the 3 star hotels in the same area. The staff at the desk was wonderful. They treated us like a friend and was very professional!”

• Nice rooms, very clean, friendly, quiet.
• Breakfast was not included, cost of $10 per person. Very confusing to find and get to.

“Nice hotel and very clean! Wish breakfast could of been included with cost, they had one but for $10 per person! A Panera Bakery is close. I would stay at this one again now that we know how to find and get to it. Very confusing location.”

• Lack of a hallway on the far end of the building to the other side.

• Did not like the high prices of breakfast buffet, it should be free.

• The balcony was nice.
• I wanted a hotel in Westport Plaza, but, I suppose the price wasn't too bad for as close as I could get.

“The rooms are not all that much different than a Motel 6 and if you want breakfast it cost extra. Westport Plaza is a nice place with the Funny Bone and several restaurants, but, this hotel, even though it's listed as being in Westport, it's really about a mile away, not a bad walk if the weather is not as cold and raining as it was when I was there.”

• Nice hotel, internet and desk areas great.
• Housekeeping missed an empty shampoo bottle left behind by previous guest.

“This is a nice hotel in a nice development. Units have balconies overlooking a courtyard. Pool and hot tub. Internet is free, and the desks are big enough to work at. There's a mini fridge in the room I was in. Rooms are clean and modern. Electrical outlets available where they're needed, an important consideration, since I need a C-PAP machine for sleeping, and need a place next to the bed to plug it in.”

• This was one of the most comfortable settings I have stayed in at any price.
• No microwave or fridge in the room.

“This was an extremely well run hotel with a friendly staff, the rooms were well decorated and totally comfortable my goodness I wanted to call off work and stay another night, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone including the wealthy. The lobby was romantic clean and comfortable as much as the bedrooms, I will stay here again, no matter the price.”
