• The bedding.
• There was nothing that I did not like.

“The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. They went above and beyond the call of duty. The staff is very knowledgeable about the area and therefore give excellent directions. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

• Comfortable beds, nice area, friendly staff.
• Lack of elevator access.

“Loved the Suburban location near Westport Plaza and other great restaurants. Easy interstate access to downtown (about 20 minutes) and other hotspots. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Very friendly front desk staff who tried to accommodate in every way possible.”

• Layout was good courtyard nice, and lobby nice.
• See number 12 about the mold.

• Pool and hot tub.
• For the money that we gave we really wished that you would get a continental breakfast.

“We would stay there again. It was kind of hard to find but it was in a quiet community. Creve Coeur was in the middle of everything that we wanted to do in St. Louis for our mini vacation.”

• The patio area.
• Expensive breakfast, slow elevator.

“This was a real nice place, but that is what I expect from Marriott. The internet access is by cat 5 cable, so you must stay near the desk to use it, or bring a long cable. There is a fridge in the room, but no microwave. It was hard to find, my gaps said it was real close, but it sits down a hill behind a Borders bookstore and the small sign is hidden by shrubs.”

• Breakfast was not included with the room as I expected.

“Overall, the hotel was quite excellent. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. In the past my breakfast was always included in the room, but this time around it was not, that is my only complaint.”

• It is not very easy to access the building from the main road.

• Quiet hotel even though in the midst of a busy area.
• Junk food prices very high.

“This Marriot Courtyard is an excellent location for being close to the Westport area but maintains a quiet atmosphere.”

• Three things that are important to me are cleanliness, bed comfort, and a nice shower. I was happy with it all.
• Restaurant was sub par.

“I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable (made me not want to leave by check out time); the shower was very clean and had a lot of room. The staff was great! When I come back to St. Louis I will surely stay here.”

• Liked the spaciousness of the room. Liked the sink area separate from the stool and tub.
• Would prefer a 4 cup coffee maker instead of the 1 cup coffee maker.

“This hotel was close to everything you could possibly need. Airport, casinos, restaurants, shopping and freeway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean hallways and elevators. Will stay here again and will tell friends about this hotel.”

“Excellent for business travelers, this hotel included high-speed internet (wired, not wi-fi). I did not use the pool, but I would have if I had more time. Nice location as far as the city goes, very close to 270. Room was very clean, which is a biggie for me.”

• The atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly.
• Only one elevator in a back corner.

“A very nice place to stay. Clean all around from the lobby to the rooms. Very friendly staff. The desk clerks were always smiling and very helpful. The cleaning staff greeted everyone with a good morning as you passed by, along with a smile. Everyone did an excellent job.”

• This hotel was very comfortable and very relaxing.
• The room phone did not work and they gave us a complementary free breakfast for 2.

“I would highly recommend this hotel for all types of travelers; this would be a great hotel for an extended stay. They had an excellent courtyard that was quaint, and relaxing, with an outside grill for guests. The breakfast buffet was a little pricey for us but it still was very good. I stay often at hotels for work/classes and if I am back in the area I will try and stay here.”
