• The staff was friendly and helpful.
• There was no free breakfast and the rooms were small. The beds were not those of a three star hotel.

“Friendly staff, clean but small rooms. Beds weren't as comfortable as you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Overall, it was neither great nor bad. Just average.”

• Extremely clean, convenient location and friendly staff.
• The layout was a bit lengthy. Only 1 washer and dryer made it difficult.

“Definitely would return to this specific hotel. I also visited another location in the area and found it to be a little less than desirable. Aside from the long walk to the laundry facilities (based on my room location), this hotel was well worth the money spent.”

• Great price and location to attractions in St. Louis.
• Seemed like a 2.5 star quality.

“Location was great for nearby attractions. I was disappointed in the receptionist when I first arrived August 21, 4 PM. I asked her if she had any king rooms instead of the 2-queen beds. She said this was impossible. I had no problem with not getting a different room, I do understand there are rules. The jacuzzi tub had so much chlorine in it that, after 10 minutes, we had to leave. Our eyes were burning and our skin was irritated for days.”

• They finally got us a room that was suitable for us to accept.
• For a smoke free environment one of the rooms smelled like smoke.

“It suited our needs for what we actually needed because we were on vacation so we just mostly only slept there. Not the quality it portrays to look like on the internet. The breakfast buffet should have been free like most places of that caliber for what was on it. We had to pay for shaving cream that we had forgotten to bring and most places it is complementary for things like that if you forget it. The house keeper never replaced the coffee cups for use after first day. Beds and pillows were comfortable.”

• I don't know waht to say because we didn't like the hotel
• We were directly across from the pool and the noise was terrible all night long with kids running down the hall.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone using priceline if you are wanting to stay close to Westport area it is too far away from that area.”

• Rooms were comfortable - close parking - easy check in/out-friendly staff.
• No continental breakfast included in price.

“Hotel was nice and staff was friendly. I did not like the fact that the hotel did not include a continental breakfast with the price. For the price that was accepted we had a king room (which was fine for my husband, 5 year old daughter and myself). Although we did not use the pool, it looked plenty big and it also had a hot tub. We decided to stay for 2 nights instead of 1 night and had to checkout after the 1st day and check back in-which was fine..we ended up having to change rooms the 2nd night though, because I found 3 bugs on the walls. The staff was surprised and gave us the only room they had left which again, was fine and they also gave us a free breakfast-which saved us a bundle-the cheapest item on the breakfast menu was $7.95! Overall, it was nice.”

• Comfortable bed.
• Did not have expected amenities

“The room was very small. The ice machine on our floor did not work, the soda machine was out of what I wanted. The thermostat was set so that it could not be lowered 65 degree, the room was stuffy. I would not stay at this hotel again.”

• The bedding.
• There was nothing that I did not like.

“The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. They went above and beyond the call of duty. The staff is very knowledgeable about the area and therefore give excellent directions. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

• Lack of elevator access.

“Loved the Suburban location near Westport Plaza and other great restaurants. Easy interstate access to downtown (about 20 minutes) and other hotspots. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Very friendly front desk staff who tried to accommodate in every way possible.”

• Pool and hot tub.
• For the money that we gave we really wished that you would get a continental breakfast.

“We would stay there again. It was kind of hard to find but it was in a quiet community. Creve Coeur was in the middle of everything that we wanted to do in St. Louis for our mini vacation.”

• The patio area.
• Expensive breakfast, slow elevator.

“This was a real nice place, but that is what I expect from Marriott. The internet access is by cat 5 cable, so you must stay near the desk to use it, or bring a long cable. There is a fridge in the room, but no microwave. It was hard to find, my gaps said it was real close, but it sits down a hill behind a Borders bookstore and the small sign is hidden by shrubs.”
