• The lobby and community areas were excellent and the reception.
• My particular room needed new carpeting and painting.

“This hotel is in a nice location with several restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance. They also provide an airport shuttle which is nice for the business traveler. I do think that they need to take some addition attention to the cleanliness of the room with some new carpeting and painting.”

• The price was great and the location was perfect for this trip.
• We used the pullout sofa for our child and the hotel had no blankets available. He froze and crawled into bed with us.

“Everything was adequate with this hotel except the blanket issue. There should have been bedding already in the room. We had to get dressed and go down to the front desk only to find out the hotel had zero blankets. They took 10% off my bill for the inconvenience. The continental breakfast was great.”

• Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. Employees were friendly and helpful. Location was good.
• Hotel was clean but is showing some wear and tear. Bed needs to be replaced -- it was saggy and soft.

“For the price, the hotel is okay. The room and public areas are clean, although our room showed some wear and tear. The location is very convenient. Staff was friendly and courteous. Our biggest complaint was the bed, which seemed like it needed to be replaced.”

• The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Nothing bad to report.

“This hotel was a refreshing change. Being travelers with a small pet, we are usually placed in less than clean rooms. Not the case at this lovely facility. The entire hotel was clean and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again as our travels bring us to this area several times a year.”

• Pool, hot tub and hot breakfast.
• Fire alarm went off in early morning hours; lack of staff at breakfast.

“It is conveniently located. Its pool and surrounding landscaping is pretty and peaceful. The hot tub was relaxing. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, and the carpets were worn and appeared dirty. The fire alarm went off about 6:15 in the morning, and all the patrons went outside. When the alarm went silent, we all went back inside; however, no staff member ever communicated with us, and that was disturbing to me. I probably will not stay there again.”

• It was a spacious room and very clean. I enjoyed the fitness area even though I wish they had machines to work the abdomen. The breakfast was tasty.
• I did not think the lady who worked the breakfast area was very friendly, if you asked a question she treated you like you were a nuisance.

“Overall the experience to the hotel was good. The room was nice and clean and was easy to find.”
