• Cleanliness.
• Old, bed outdated, owner rude!

“For a quick stay, it's not bad. I saw the staff cleaning windows and washing down doors with bleach both mornings. Very clean. But when it came time for the continental breakfast, the milk was warm and the bagels were more like baguettes. When we went to the pool, we had to beg the owner for extra towels.”

• Close to family.
• Filthy, dead bugs on floor, rude and unhelpful management staff.

“When we arrived at the hotel, the manager would not give us a room with two beds and told us that we would have to pay $29 extra. We explained that our kids would have nowhere to sleep if we had only one bed but he did not care. He was demeaning me and belittling me with his condescending attitude and I felt discriminated. There were dead bugs all over the floor, standing water in the lobby and a musty odor. The environment, in addition to being hostile, was also humid.”

• They got our reservation a little mixed up but corrected quickly.
• No problems at all.

“We found the room to be clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and able to answer any questions. If there was a problem they acted quickly to resolve them. We did not have any problems, but other family members who were staying there also had some issues with people who were in the room next to them and it was resolved immediately. Great staff attention.”
