“The hotel put a hold on my credit card without letting me know and caused my account to overdraft and then said they didn't do it and refused to pay the fees.”

• the best thing about this hotel is the staff at the front desk.
• Breakfast ends to early in the morning.

“This hotel is clean and comfortable with a friendly, helpful staff. I have stayed here before and notice the same employees have been there for quite some time. I like that. Some of them even remembered me! The rooms are adequate with comfortable beds, and nice hot showers. There is a coffee maker in the room, and a hair dryer, as well as cable tv and internet. Self-serve breakfast is served daily, and not too bad. The problem is they cut it off too early, around 9 or 9:30. There is an indoor pool, too. Overall this is a great little place to stay and a good value.”

• Staff went out of the way to be helpful, could not find initially, I called motel and Tracy guided me. She was so friendly & helpful.

“The staff was so friendly, from the maintenance personnel to the front desk, inquiring if everything was okay. The continental breakfast served had a very nice selection (better than our stay elsewhere). I would definitely go through Priceline again and pick this type of motel.”

• Comfortable beds.
• Heat/AC unit in window catches draperies and blows them open. Needs a plexiglas guard.

“Standard hotel for this chain. When TV remote died, desk clerk gave new batteries, but they were also dead. Comfortable beds, adequate amenities in bathroom. Good shower, plenty of hot water. Pool looked kind of murky. No significant complaints except that the
AC unit kept blowing the draperies open so that I had to shut it off to keep light out of the room. Bring binder clips or something to control draperies!”

• Free wireless internet.
• Did not feel welcomed, as there is no real signage at the entrance even indicating the direction to the lobby!

“A pretty average Fairfield Inn, this one does not offer refrigerators or microwaves in the room, although that was not expected. Bedding was excellent and comfortable, room spacious, climate control perfect, bath amenities acceptable. Free breakfast offered, in small closet-like room. I would stay again.”

• The staff was great - very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean.
• The lobby furniture could stand fresh upholstery, but that's the only negative I can think of.

“It was clean and welcoming. The rooms were clean and fresh every day. All the staff I spoke with was very kind and helpful.”

“It was a good experience overall and I would stay there again if needed. It wasn't very convenient to get to but for being in Fenton there were worse choices in location. Great hotel though.”

• Night clerk was great. Room was quiet. TV remote worked well.
• The breakfast room was freezing and would not raise the temperature of the AC.

• Very friendly staff and willing to make you comfortable.
• It was located in an odd place. You had to take several outlet roads to get to it.

“This hotel met and went beyond my expectations for a hotel for travel. It may not be suitable for someone who has or is used to high rated hotels, but the staff was very friendly, it was located in a place that was close to many attractions (within 20-25 minutes maximum), and very clean.”

“This was a very nice, convenient, pleasant, clean, great place to stay. My daughters and I were traveling through and it provided us with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed our brief stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The swimming pool was out of service.

• Want the bed; the wait staff was great & polite, clean, comfortable.
• Except for not having a choice of motels, that children were in the pool unattended by adults after 10pm.

“I wish that I could have chosen one this from the get and go, I felt comfortable from the beginning. The front desk lady helped us with directions, the house keeper was right there with some extra towels, and the morning breakfast was more than I could expect.”

• Nice facility with a great breakfast.
• Hard to get to the first time.

“The hotel is clean and comfortable. They have an indoor pool and spa. The hotel provides a great continental breakfast as well as the paper at your door every morning. The only negative comment I have is that the hotel is a little hard to get to the first time or two. I highly recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a nice place to stay at a reasonable price. A++.”
