“The only good thing about this hotel was it's location. It's located in a cute little plaza with plenty of things to do in the evening. You don't need your car for nightlife. There was noise at all hours of the night. There was little done about it. The folks at the front desk told us we needed to understand that there's not much they can do about guest yelling through their halls. At breakfast we talked to two other couples who experienced similar problems with the front desk staff and the loud halls. Our shower curtain was growing mold. When we brought it up, they told us they could change the shower curtain. Within our two night stay the curtain was never changed after complaining 3 times. We paid $25 for a hot breakfast that contained 5 items to choose from. If the breakfast was hot like it was supposed to be it might not be a problem. Cold sausage and pancakes are not appetizing. I've stayed at hotels who's free breakfast is much better. Bathroom door did not close and deadbolt was broken. Sorry for the inconvenience is all we heard. We checked out a day early and will never return. This hotel was a huge disappointment!”

“The staff was terrific. I would like more thought to be put into putting young partiers on the floor of families who like their sleep. The rooms were very clean. Visually nice hotel and bars/restaurants within walking distance. Beds were comfy.”

“I was charged $10 per day for internet access. The room was very dated. Cable channels were inadequate with no access to Fox News. The desk clerk couldn't have cared less.”

“I felt the hotel was very nice and so shouldn't complain but the parking was so far away and the front desk said they were having a vendor beverage dispute so there were no soda machines and the only help they could give us was to go into the mall to buy soda. Not a good thing when you go to the mall to buy soda at 10:00 at night and the mall shops have closed already.”

“Nice lobby with area for free Wi-Fi. Clean rooms, but needed a fresh scent. The bathroom shower area was small with a straight curtain rod so you touched the curtain every move you made. Only one sink to get ready for two people is crowded. Nice workout facility downstairs. Ice machine on the floor, but absolutely no vending machines. If you want a soda, you must order from their restaurant.”

“The customer service was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were very nice and spacious. Prices for the restaurants seemed very high, considering there were no complimentary meals or drinks. Parking was very inconvenient in the evening hours, due to all of the restaurants and comedy club nearby.”
